Highly recommend! Celled on Friday and got a quick appointment. As scheduled at 10am on Saturday, He arrived 10 minutes ahead of the appointment time. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because they came to the house fairly quickly. Still after the time frame they gave me but fast. They 2 men that came out argued with me about snaking the main drain. I told them that I always have done every 6 months they told me that lint was the issue and that they would come back and snake if it backed up again. 2 weeks later drain backing up, I called to let them know. They then told me that they aren't coming back out to snake the drain with out another service charge and do not guarantee their visits or work unless specified and written on their receipts. They charge twice as much as other companies that have come to snake the drain and didn't even do the service requested of them. read more

Called upon their services again today for an inspection on a home I'm hoping to buy. The previous owners hadn't done a sewer line check before they bought it so, being the thorough kinda gal I am, I decided that was definitely in the cards for me. I called them on Wednesday and they were able to come out this morning. I anxiously waited as they snaked the line with the camera through and to my dismay I did see some roots in the shots. They talked me down off the ledge though and explained that roots aren't always the kiss of death that people think, as long as they're coming in the seams between the pipes and haven't compromised the actual structure of the pipe. However, there was a big block of roots that they couldn't get the camera through and that was cause for some concern. I asked them what could be done about it and they said they can cut some of the roots so they can get a better look to make sure the pipe is still in condition. I told them to go for it. Peace of mind is worth it, you know? So they cut the roots, snaked the camera through those last 10 feet to the city pipe, and discovered that the pipe was in a fabulous condition the entire way through. A huge weight off my shoulders to know I won't have to worry about major sewer line work surprising me in the future. And from start to finish it was a little over an hour, so, even with that hiccup it didn't take a ton of time. Another great job by the folks at Pat's and I'm relieved to have one hurdle behind me on my way to homeownership! read more

I'll give the gentlemen who came by and fixed our problem a solid review. Very polite and fixed up our basement well. Scott, the owner, is rude and unreliable. Blamed issues he should of handled on our insurance agent and gave us a runaround. He promised to help and three weeks later we've received nothing. He got his money and doesn't care about anything else. Was truly going to recommend his company based off his workers but I am hearing I'm not the only one with this issue. read more

I called one person and he referred me to Pat's. The guy came out the same day... let's keep in mind I called them at about 5 something. He cleaned the main drain, educated my husband on what we should and shouldn't be doing. So one night things weren't flowing so well in my house, He was feeling a bit backed up. I tried the usual cures, even used my trusty black magic bottle. But nothing could shake him lose. So quickly to the internet I went, Yelp would be the key, cause it's not just about food! The technician from Pat's arrived on time, and was clean professional and courteous. He set right to work and finished snaking the pipe to the city sewer outside in short order. Costs were reasonable and they furnished a 90 day warranty. Called to have pipes thawed and they were on time and did a great job. Had running water within an hour. I have pex lines and have to be warmed slowly to prevent burning them. Having them back to do some minor work on Friday!! Would highly recommend. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. My husband and I are in the process of a buying a house and we wanted the sewer scoped. Called on Friday and set up an appointment for Tuesday at 11am. Had to extend my home inspection until this day. Waiting at the house, with our realtor, for 40 minutes and then called the company. The owner proceeded to tell me that I never called and never made an appointment. That he "didn't need to figure anything out" because I'm "claiming" that I called. Also told me that there is another guy impersonating this business and making appointments. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I'm now scrambling to find someone to scope the sewer. My husband called Pats sewer cleaning and asked for a price on getting the drain snaked they said they can not give a price over the phone somesomeone had to come out. So someone came out said it's $175 regardless if it clears the clog or not. We said "no I am not paying you $175 if you don't fix the problem" and we asked them to leave. A manager calls my husband and asks what's going on. My husband told him, the mangaer told him the same thing it's $175 even if the clog is not removed. My husband say "ok then tell your tec to leave I don't want your service." the manager replied " I'm going to flag every plumbing company in a 30 mile radius so have fun trying to get your drain snaked you cock sucker." The manager called my husband a "cock sucker" I can't believe he had the nerve to speak to my husband like that. read more

They were able to come less than an hour after I called. They tech was SUPER nice!! They were at least $100 cheaper than ever other quote I got from other places. Horrible Service! Not going to get into details but I would recommend doing some research before calling. I would inquire with neighbors who have used their services or call your local city and see if they would recommend them. If the the city does not recommend them then why would you use them. Don't take the reviews into consideration because chances are they probably had family and friends write them ( See Prior reviews ). We hired Dennis to come out and do some snaking on a couple floor drains in our basement. Not only did he figure out quickly what the problem was but he got right to work, alleviated the issue and now we have our basement back to normal. He even walked us through what the problem was. Used this company in early 2013. They were courteous and did the job well but screwed up the video inspection twice. They gave me a copy that was blank. Came out to correct it and said all is well. Same thing. BLANK. Kept telling me bad equipment. Would not answer any calls after that and totally ignored me for something that I paid generously to get. Will not use them again and suggest that you don't either. Very very `discourteous. Should have reported them to the BBB. read more
