I do know that I've watched these kind people go from being very kind people to people that wouldn't trust you if you if you were starving. Why? Cause they've been lied to & I'm guessing they have become.accustomed to the money and may have forgotten those people that always have said positive things about the store. But being honest.. You've changed to be like every other stores. They're cold no compassion and trust nobody and it ruins it for us folks like are loyal customers and are very kind to the staff. I don't think you're like that at heart & I know Oshawa can do that to a person over time. I've watched the amount of rules.change and sign s.grow. It also makes for a cold atmosphere. There has to be a way that's a compromise. I don't have the answers but I thought I'd bring it to your attention as I know you are nice people. Oshawa could harden "The Pope". It's sad but true. Rexall is actually a pretty good place to stock up quickly on office supplies. Our list had scissors and tape (both of which we found for cheaper than at a nearby Michael's), first aid kit labelled specifically for office use, and COVID hygiene products like antibacterial wet wipes for hands and cleaning surfaces. This Rexall has a few self check-outs and/or very friendly cashiers that can you help you out. We didn't have a Be Well card, which is their loyalty program and they were able to get us up and running with a quick scan of a new card. The card is free but you have to register your email online with it to redeem points.

The hand cream that she was using wasn't healing a thing. I found one brand that seemed promising while doing some research online. The site said that it was available at this particular Shoppers Drug Mart. The store was conveniently on my way home from work. Then again, I cut across most of the GTA, so I pass by a ton of stores! This store is in a plaza. There seemed to be a Food Basics or some green-painted grocery store that has closed down. Shoppers Drug Mart is in the corner further down. The parking area can be a bit chaotic. It's an older plaza and the lanes are more narrow than what I'm used to in suburbia. This store has been here for a while. It has everything that you'd expect it to have, including a grocery aisle. I walked every aisle and could not find the hand cream that I was looking for, which was disappointing. However, there was a Gold Bond one that was on sale. It has been approved by the Canadian Diabetes Society. It has proven results. It was also on sale. I bought it! I dropped the cream off at my parents' place. My mom said that she would try the hand cream out immediately. This morning, I spoke to my mom. She said that three hours later, she noticed a huge difference. She no longer has cracked hands. Nice! She asked me whether she could pay me back. Hearing her say that this product works is all that I wanted. The lone cashier at this store was friendly and made sure that each customer was okay. She helped out a senior ahead of me. I liked the care that she showed and the help that she gave. I'd come back here again when I'm in the area. (157)

It's a rough area - but the professionalism and rudeness, disorganization and general disrespect is out of control. Was forced to use this pharmacy as I worked night shift for years but as soon as that changed I immediately changed pharmacies. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs.
