Dr. Jason Batley is the surgeon here at Iredell Orthopedic Center and he is the one who replaced my…read moreknee this summer. He is caring and personable and never fails to make one smile. He explains things in a thorough and kind manner and never makes one feel foolish while asking questions. He does his rounds daily at the hospital before office hours. (He also has an office in Mooresville.) Everyone here was pleasant, efficient and helpful. They return calls promptly and go out of their way with prescription refills and appointments with other places. They have their own X-ray room, which is very convenient. The building is small, but very clean and easily navigable. The handicapped spots are right outside the door but if they are full, there are plenty of other spots just as close.

Office Experience: This office is run so efficiently. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Before I could take a seat to complete my paperwork I was being called back. The office was well stocked with the product I needed. As a new patient I was in and out within 45 minutes including checking in and out. . All staff worked well together.
