We ended up setting an appointment for them to come modify my counter and I was told to have the new stove on hand to make sure it fits, I took the day off, and they didn't show. Called them and found out I wasn't on the schedule and there was nothing they could do except schedule a new appt sometime in the future. So now here I am with a new stove in my kitchen that won't fit and nobody to do the work. Do not trust these people. They are too disorganized to run a business. Just my experience...

As many of you know, furniture is a long-term investment, and the shopping experience should come with attentive, knowledgeable staff who help guide you through that process. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt more observed than welcomed. One employee made eye contact and immediately turned away, and as we continued browsing--essentially left to "prospect" on our own--there was little effort to engage or assist us. On our way out, another staff member offered a brief hello but never followed up to ask if we needed help. When you're making a significant purchase like furniture, customer service matters just as much as the product. Sadly, this visit left us feeling overlooked rather than valued. We later found our couch at another location and will receive it in 30 to 60 days due to the customization we requested. We are happy to have found a place that truly understood what we were looking for our home.

We have been very happy with all the projects he has done: * Built a 120 ft beautiful block retaining wall with a metal railing that will probably last longer than our house * Tore out our lower deck and built a larger trek deck in its place, installed a metal railing, rebuilt the stair on the other side of the deck and reinstalled our hot tub! * Built a 20' x 18' attached, permitted shop * Turned an ugly storage room into a beautiful office * Built railroad tie stairway with a landing on both sides of our house and placed 10 huge rocks just where I wanted them. Put down landscape fabric and mulch. I appreciate that Anthony critically thinks through the projects, researches new products or construction solutions, and talks to vendors to obtain detailed information. I like their homes, the designs, and some of the stated costs. I bought one, but be warned or wiser than I was.. When it comes time to sign the contracts, they will have added several thousand dollars in charges, and call it their "gold key service", which is basically their way of raising the price without having to tell you upfront the real cost of the home. Also, realize they can take however long they want to actually build your home. They may provide you with a guess but, if it takes them 2 years to complete, you really have no recourse but to just sit and wait, no matter how much that costs you. And just because your home has been constructed, dont be fooled into thinking its almost over...they can also take however long they want to deliver your home....could be months, while it sits completed in a yard waiting, and of course you'll never be provided with ANY updates or commitments of any kind from them regarding when you're new home will arrive and how many months it will take them to complete the on site work once your home finally does arrive....again, that can also easily take several more months. If you have any questions or problems, or request any kind of commitment you wont get it, and you'll often hear no response or someone telling you...um no, you need to contact this person or that department, I dont handle that. Had I to do it all over again, I probably wouldn't use them...its just not worth dealing with a company that operates like its the 1800's....there are so many other manufacturers that actually do a much better and more responsible job. My home has been sitting for well over 5 weeks, after being delivered, with absolutely nothing being done to complete it, and I have not received any response or reply to countless emails and phone calls.

Often I would take a higher quantity of something to be sure I had enough, then bring back the unused items to the store. With my Lowe's card, they could look up the return in an instant without my remembering the receipt. Materials are easy to find and the store inventory is well organized. Knowledgeable people could help me in every department. It is not the mess I found at the other big Home products center. I often shopped on the Internet and then went in to pick up my order. Today I went in to get a part for an elderly friends walker that was broken. Finding the hardware department, a Joy offered to help me. I showed her the missing screw on the walker and she quickly realized it took a metric screw, walked to the right shelf and pulled out a screw that was the right one. Then I asked to install it and soon Shane joined us to install the missing screw! I was lucky because I went in on a Saturday just before 6 PM and the three of us fixed my handicapped friends walker in the isle. The store was quiet and Joy and Shane we not busy. They are no…read morelonger cutting the way they are supposed to so I took them in to exchange them for a pair that cuts properly. Lowe's would not honor the lifetime warranty. They are 13 dollar snips that have been on sale recently for 3 dollars. Obviously not a high end item. I will not shop there again. And I will urge others to do the same. I bought the item because the lifetime warranty. I called craftsman and they are honoring the warranty no questions asked. Don't shop here if you can help it.

This groomer came to my apartment and gave my doggo the best grooming she's ever had. He gave her a great haircut, a teeth brushing, a nail trim, treated her dry paws, and two shampoos. I scheduled the next grooming with him and will recommend him to everyone.
