I sent them two brand new batteries and an unused charger. They fixed the problem with arm and sent me back batteries and charger as pictured (completely corroded and half the charger broken). I called to question about what happened. Tim told me that they did nothing, never even touched charger so this all happened by magic. He also was very short with me and his attitude sucked. He must've skipped customer service training. I even have a recording of him saying the mower was brand new. So, now I have to call my lawyer for such trivial crap Tim could've owned up to their negligence. Instead he chose to be a dick and make me feel like he was doing me a favor by calling Greenworks. Would NEVER use this shop for ANYTHING.

He finished that job so impressively fast (about an hour) and then went on to help us patch our roof (we hadn't even noticed the tears until he pointed them out), clean paint off our skylight, seal hidden roof leaks we never would've known about ourselves, inspect our propane system and appliances, install a new kitchen sink (with the perfect adapter already in his truck), remove an expired propane alarm (which we assumed was working) and taught us how to replace it. He also confirmed our generator was in great shape and gave us helpful advice for future upgrades to our camper. Throughout the visit, Matt explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and which products he recommends, even showing us how to make future repairs on our own.
