I decided to replace the wheels myself. after getting it home, I started it up to test it and when I turned it after going approximately 20 feet the front wheel came off. When I called back in the next day, Saturday, the technician that I spoke with said he would have the service manager call me after the holiday. Upon calling me back, listening to my issue he flippantly stated that accidents happen and don't know what I wanted him to do about the problem. I guess because I am not a big customer of theirs it didn't matter. will not be using or recommending them to anybody going forward. he could not wrap his head around someone paying them money for a service having to use their own tools to fix something that was not agreed to be worked on.
