Matt the manager is very rude and not helpful either. We brought my bf's Cadillac here because we previously took it to the location on 41st and Yale for not holding any coolant. They fixed the problem at that location and the experience was great. However, this location is HORRIBLE! We called previously to make sure it was okay to bring it back up to a Firestone (same issue again months later), they said of course. We paid to have it towed there, they refused to work on it because they said and I quote "do not have an experienced technician"!!!! You're supposed to be able to work on cars... why can one place do it but the other can't? I understand though, but they still charged us for nothing!!! They wouldn't accept payment over the phone or charge the FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD on file. My boyfriend had to walk an hour up there to pay for it. THATS when he saw they damaged his Cadillac. They wouldn't even own up to it!!! Now we have to file another insurance claim and pay for it to be towed to an ACTUALL MECHANIC!!!

The last time I needed it replaced, the auto parts shop did it for me, so I figured it'd be something easy. Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.
