This doctor is amazing! I have had back problems for several years and this doctor knows what he's…read moredoing, seriously! Granted, it's a small office and nothing moves quickly, but it's done right the first time! My journey has not been short, but each step brings me closer to pain free. At 77, there's no such thing as a 'quick fix' so once you make peace with yourself, this doctor does everything in his power to restore your quality of life. He makes sure that with any procedure, you are comfortable and will not experience pain...which my pain threshold is really, really low. He's very methodical, examines with care and LISTENS TO YOU! The girls at the front desk are so kind and accommodating but you must exercise patience and you will be rewarded!! I drive 45 minutes to his office and don't even care because he's worth it!

The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and pleasant to talk to…read more The office is very small. There is a sign on the wall that states everyone must wear a mask. A couple sitting 2 seats down from my husband and I did not have one on. They kept coughing, hacking up loogies and smelled. Once they left I asked the gentleman at the front desk for some Lysol and they do not have any in the office. I was shocked. I have worked in the medical field my whole working career and there was always Lysol around. The Dr is MONEY HUNGRY. I just moved here from Texas. My pain stimulator is a little over a year old and I've had 3 blocks for my condition. He starts out by wanting X-rays. Talking about doing a block and adding another lead or replacing mine. I had the BEST Dr in Houston. I have not fallen or been in an accident. I mainly needed a place to meet my Nevro reps. He talks down to you. Won't let you talk and will tell you "we aren't taking about that right now". When he's asked a question and you're trying to explain. He had the worst bed side manners. You sit in the hall and he sits in his office at your visit. Weirdest visit I've ever had. I WILL NOT be going back to him. The reviews that's on his website are made up or he asked family, friends, coworkers or a few people that liked him to say some kind words. I use to do internet marketing so I know how that works. A lot of the reviews we would call around and ask our friends to write a review for us or create a new account and write it ourself. So when looking for real reviews look for someone that writes a lot of reviews good and bad. If they are all good then that person works for the company. Don't waste your time or money on this man. You can tell he's doing his job for money only and women are beneath him, so he thinks.

RELIEF! This experience was tragic for us. But their experience & confidence in what they do made…read morelife so much easier for us to endure through the process beginning to end. My husband had surgery Dec 8, 2016. Before going in he had been having very high blood pressure, had several episodes of kidney stones, was in chronic pain especially his heels, knees, elbows & wrists, he battled chronic fatigue, sleep apnea, heart burn & extreme moodiness. Up to being on the stretcher going into surgery I requested pillows to help prop up his knees & lay across his lap to rest his hands on to try to make him more comfortable which he still was NOT. After going back to prep for surgery, have surgery & wake up in recovery approx an hour my husband was in better mood! He had his IV out & was talking. I asked him if he needed his pillows back & he said he was fine & wasn't hurting at all. When discharged a couple hrs later he was ready to eat! We went back to the hotel by shuttle & ate in their restaurant. He ate mild hot wings, blacked fish & seasoned veggies with lemonade to drink. Fasting for surgery and being about 4 pm (this is food & drink he generally can't tolerate on a normal day!!!) I was surprised he did well. When we got back to the room we played a full game of rummy with him wide awake (out of character with his usual preference to nap without being in surgery). After the game of cards he wanted Pizza so I ordered a pepperoni Pizza with great warning! But he tolerated it!!! That night he tried to get us up & on the road to head back to the Panhandle of Florida which took us 6 hrs to get there due to road construction & heavy steady traffic. When we got home he proceeded to go out to work in his garage! He has surgery less than 24 hrs ago. He has so much energy compared to before. He (we) now sleep all through the night without to 10-20 episodes of apnea that waked us up before each night. His blood pressure is now within normal limits & NO MORE bone & joint pain. He had a small growing lesion above his left eye lid for a solid year BUT it disappeared. I am hopeful he won't have anymore kidney stones. My happy, friendly husband is back! He had been missing for 12-14 yrs! This group of persons that work there were all extremely kind & informative. They answered questions I did not think of yet. The doctors are extremely confident about their knowledge & surgery of the Parathyrold. While we were there waiting for him to come from surgery we met people from New York and out West. One had previous surgery at a Mayo clinic but they were not complete in their surgery & she needed another so they referred her there. I am so THANKFUL for their practice & expertise! Worth the surgery!!!!!

PT got it better briefly, but I reinjured it and then just decided my career as a QB was over. 2 decades later, the shoulder continued to cause pain but now the pain was interrupting my sleep. I had previous experience with Ozone treatment for my neck so alternative treatments were always in scope for me so when I fell down the YouTube rabbit hole and found Regenexx I inquired. The diagnosis was clear as was the size of my tear, 5mm. That meant platelets were the preferred approach with bone stimulation (might have the wrong name there). I am happy to say that post procedure, I have more range of motion, strength and better sleep. In my training, the move I could not perform that pushed me to book was a kayak rowing like move with a device called a Tidal Tank. My right arm simply could not make the motion. I am happy to say that post procedure I can not only make the motion, but I am escalating in weight in that motion as I continue to address the impact of 20 years where my shoulders rolled forward to compensate for the injury. Dr. Pappas and his staff were always professional and helpful. The facility is spotless, and I recommend them without reservation.
