Here's an update: I received this email from them today. I never fire the first round in a customer service battle, so trust me I didn't start this - and you can see where it comes from!! "We are sending you a replacement order free of charge because a) Karen told you we would replace the order b) because it's the right thing to do. However if you speak as rudely on LiveChat or on the phone again as you did with any of our customer service staff, your call or LiveChat will be disconnected and possibly blocked entirely.
