They charged her $700. Total rip off. Now its leaking again. She tried calling and we tried calling for a week. Never said why. Either no one would answer or no one returned messages. They just did this as reg customer service...or lack of customer service i guess. After a week of nothing and leaking cont and getting worse, we came on here to get some ideas for her. We found a better company that called her immediately, they were out to her house within 6 hours. The guy was awesome, fixed everything, replaced everything, went out of his way, said the person before (gonzos person) did a horrible job, the pipe wasn't even attached to the wall!!! He fixed it for $225, replaced the entire crappy job gonzo did only a year ago. My mom found a new plumber. I read other reviews that said they take advantage of seniors. My mom is 74 and these all happen to be women. Seems like they take advantage of seniors AND women. As far as we are concerned, Gonzos can take their cheap pipe work and shove it!!!
