Our A/C stopped working last Saturday night. We called our home warranty company and By Choice Heating & Air picked up the call. We were very impressed with their service! Kevin showed up on a Sunday and got us up and running. He needed to order a replacement part and said his brother would come by the next day and install it. Our AC turned on but the air wasn't blowing. Called on Saturday at 5pm. I knew it would be tough to get a call back on a Saturday. They called us 0700 on Monday and left out house at noon on Monday, and the AC is fixed! They changed the motherboard(which I couldn't do) and also explained the best air filters for our unit. Kevin came out in an hour, found a blown fuse, figured out some switched wires on the thermostat, got the wifi t-stat working and gave advice on how to get a few more years out of our unit.
