Our A/C stopped working last Saturday night. We called our home warranty company and By Choice Heating & Air picked up the call. We were very impressed with their service! Kevin showed up on a Sunday and got us up and running. He needed to order a replacement part and said his brother would come by the next day and install it. Korey showed up early the next day and installed the part. I cannot speak highly enough about both Kevin and Korey, they both care about their customers and are very professional and pleasant to work with! Our AC turned on but the air wasn't blowing. Called on Saturday at 5pm. I knew it would be tough to get a call back on a Saturday. They called us 0700 on Monday and left out house at noon on Monday, and the AC is fixed! They changed the motherboard(which I couldn't do) and also explained the best air filters for our unit. I called By Choice on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 because one of our two AC units was not functioning properly. I figured we'd be lucky to get someone to look at it the next week. He diagnosed and fixed the problem for us and we were back to cooling off the house in under an hour. I'm late in posting this but I want to make sure I commented on the great service received. I called on a Saturday for a wifi thermostat I was installing and couldn't get to work. Kevin came out in an hour, found a blown fuse, figured out some switched wires on the thermostat, got the wifi t-stat working and gave advice on how to get a few more years out of our unit.
