I redownloaded yelp just so I could write this review because that's how much I think they should get a good review. I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Milton Wright and he was the kindest soul! I brought my 6 month old daughter in because of her having some issues. He listened to everything I said with no rush, was so gentle with my baby, and truly cared about everything that was happening. It was so refreshing to see the love shine through his work and how he cared for my baby. Getting teary eyed writing this review just from thinking back to how KIND he was. It's a rare thing nowadays and I just had to let others know. His assistant Vanessa also was so kind and helpful! She gave me stickers at the end of my session so I could give to my other kids and waited with me until my ride showed up. read more

They have a bad wrap around town which extended to me also (which is what led to me finding out they're this way consistently with everyone for several years now). I TELL the doc I have a time deadline, zero days to waste, things need to move at a fast pace... they ignore that.... 3 WEEKS to get my referral to ATI physical therapy who they SHARE THE BUILDING WITH... their office is literally a 30 second walk away! Inexcusable Then after 6 weeks physical therapy we schedule my MRI at the imaging center, but the imaging center calls me a couple days before my appt to try to reschedule because McKinley faxed over the wrong paperwork, it wasn't even MY name it was someone else's paperwork for my appointment. I told her I have no time to reschedule, had to call McKinley to force them to send the correct paperwork myself just so I could get my MRI on time (Nov 6, left arm) Incompetent! Inexcusable Third strike! Was referring me to anchorage for surgery (right arm) which requires travel vouchers from insurance... this was set up (appointment) Nov 8th... So by Nov 4 I had not gotten my ticket or itinerary or any type so I call McKinley and tell them if there's ANY problem, call my number, I'll take care of it. Well Friday 10:30 comes and goes, no travel voucher, no phone call about problems and NO COURTESY Call to let me know I'd have to reschedule, nothing. So I call them Friday afternoon.. get the actual person who was supposed to set this up ON the phone. She says oh it's because we didn't have the right rotator cuff mri results! (The RIGHT one has been in their system for 2 YEARS and Monday the girl taking my blood pressure even found it, so how come this girl didn't?). So I informed her that I left a phone call 4 days prior for her to call me in the event of a problem I could have gone to the imaging center and got another copy of the CD of mri results and she says oh yeah well that's my fault.... Didn't say sorry, just that it was her fault. And that I need to reschedule! Incompetent, inexcusable! So now I call anchorage, but I'm pissed. I can't get in til DEC 20th. So , screwed me out of 6 weeks when I don't have any time to waste Complete disrespect of my time and if our agreement So thanks to their office scheduling staff I'm now 9 weeks behind schedule still haven't even got my initial consult in anchorage yet. I go to tell Driftmeyer this, he tries to SHUSH me saying I can't bad mouth his employees or disrespect him that way.... Trying to escalate my situation into a fight! Well I got news for ya Doc! It's NOT bad mouthing your employee when it's the TRUTH and if you can't handle the truth you should stop giving bad service to your patients or at least ACT like a professional care giver and apologize about the situation and try to defuse it instead of arguing with your patient This was the third strike. Inexcusable I'm going to recommend NOBODY set foot in their office because of those 2 bad apples Everyone else I met there was absolutely awesome but the imaging center and the hospital and the physical therapy office all said they screw up paperwork all the time and customers complain about long times to place referrals all the time.
