Called a week ago and provided my insurance information, they found an old dental plan that needed removed as the COB were not correct on the insurance end- that THEY were looking at... they told me I could not make an appointment till that was fixed. Called my insurance. Got it resolved, and COB is reflecting properly. Called again today, talked to Melissa who said they didn't have a record of my insurance information and need me to provide that again... ....LAST WEEK I PROVIDED THAT INFORMATION.... Her excuse was that it was written on a new patient form of some sort and they have no idea where that info went. AFTER THEY ARE THE ONES WHO TOLD ME WHAT THEY ARE SEEING ON MY INSURANCE SIDE AND HOW I NEEDED TO FIX IT BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. Pleaaaaaseeeeeee don't bother making any appointments here or even bother providing your information. Apparently they only write it on paper and they lose the information/misplace it. Save yourself the headache and time.

Despite repeatedly emphasizing my distress and pain levels, I was informed that they required both my scans and a doctor's referral before scheduling an appointment. Hoping to expedite the process, I personally delivered my scans to their office and again stressed my discomfort, but was turned away once more. This time, I was told a diagnosis was required on the referral before they could proceed with scheduling. I was under the impression I would be seen by IWH for a diagnosis from their own facility. I experienced zero compassion from this unprofessional group. I subsequently called Chena Health, where I was scheduled immediately for an appointment next week and offered the option to be placed on a waiting list. I will never support IWH in the future.

He listened to everything I said with no rush, was so gentle with my baby, and truly cared about everything that was happening. It was so refreshing to see the love shine through his work and how he cared for my baby. Getting teary eyed writing this review just from thinking back to how KIND he was. I couldn't sleep on my side, I couldn't stay in one position for too long without the pain building to the point of being almost unbearable. At the first visit, the pain disappeared, but came back by the time my two week follow up rolled around. By August/Sept...that pain is now almost completely resolved. If it does pop up, it's fleeting. I am now maintaining with monthly rather than weekly visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing alternative care, especially for pain.
