I left the practice to get better care. 2 years later, they got around to sending me a bill for $148. they had never sent me a bill or asked for payment prior to that. I was doubtful that I owed it, since it took so long for them to send me a bill, and I was unaware of owing them anything. then they said they would write off half of it. I paid that. then they sent me to collections. I sent proof to the agency, but ALCAN said they revoked the write-off, without letting me know. they are the most unethical and deficient medical place I've ever encountered. I'm 76 years old, and I've never received such terrible treatment, both medically and financially.
