Upon arrival, it was pretty much empty inside. The waiting room is clean and welcoming. I saw others complain about a receptionist; however, the woman that I encountered was polite and direct. My wait was about 20 minutes before I went back. Once back I saw a nurse immediately and was tested for all the things. About 15 minutes later I saw the NP. She was kind and answered all the questions that I had. I even left out, realized I had a question went back and she still made time for me. My prescriptions were placed and I was able to pick them up within the hour from my local pharmacy. Although, I generally try to avoid urgent cares, I know I'll be in good hands here.

I had to ask multiple times what she said since she was talking in her chest. Never looked up. Her phone was more important than taking 2 mins to guide a patient entering your establishment. This place needs to be mindful of who they hire! A co worker came in (Monique). Nadine looked at us and whispered something to her. At that moment, Monique attempted to explain the site and process. I'm guessing she was to assist with customer service recovery. Poor customer service. Disgusted with this interaction. In the back, prompt care and out the door. Dr Ibe is a wonderful, smart and caring person. She both listens and observes; then offers solutions to fit your needs and wishes. For instance, I told her I did not like taking prescription drugs. Each time, she has printed out exercises for my particular needs. The neck and shoulder exercises along with just 5 pills worked like a charm. I am for certain that the exercises I received today will be helpful as well. The office is clean and staff members are efficient, polite, and respectful. I highly recommend this practice, and trust this doctor with my health care.

I came in for a snake bite from a ball python initially I squeezed as much blood out of the wound…read moreas I could and then washed my hands with soap and salt water and headed to my urgent care but when I called them they recommended that I go straight to the Emergency Room for proper wound cleaning and to get treated for potential infection of the wound. I checked in there was probably about 40 people in the waiting room. Triage was like a 30m wait and then after two hours I went to grab some food when I saw they called my phone number 5 times. I came back in and was seen by the doctor she came in to clean my wound but it had already clotted during my wait so she sent my antibiotic prescription to the nearby pharmacy and called the nurse to give me a tetanus shot. The nurse gave the shot quick and painless and gave me my first antibiotic and I was out the door. 3 hours total in the ER. Not bad. The workers were friendly the nurse said I almost missed my blessing because he called me twice already. He was annoyed with my tardiness but the tetanus shot was swift and painless so he's clearly an expert. Actually siting in the waiting room was the hardest part because many people were complaining about the wait. At the 2-hr mark I started reading these yelp reviews of 8-12hr wait times and I thought well it's up to God now because I'm not staying here for 8 hours. Luckily they called my phone. Anyways, the visit was pretty good, just make sure you have a portable phone charger and a snack maybe eat before you arrive. 10/10 for the staff professionalism and the wait time not being 8-hours.

Luckily, I am in an area where they are a little more abundant and don't have to settle. All of my visits here have had extreme wait times even though we have appointments. I never understood why there is a long wait period and we may only see the doctor for 5-10 minutes. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived around 11:55 and was brought to the back around 12:45 and left after 1PM. I was with Dr. Blake for all 7-8 minutes where she continuously cut me off while I was sharing concerns. She even began talking to me as if I were a child. The only pleasant part about this visit was the young lady who drew blood. She was very personable and kind and almost made me feel better about the blatant disrespect from Dr. Blake.

Hospital Review…read more Honestly, this was a horrible experience. I've been here for 4 hours for a fractured finger, and so far all I've received is an X-ray and my vitals taken. The wait has been extremely frustrating, especially considering I'm here because of an actual injury. The staff's attitudes have also been disappointing. I understand hospitals get busy, but basic communication and professionalism should still be there. On top of that, the waiting area was not clean, and several of the seats were visibly dirty and ripped up. Overall, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. A long wait is one thing, but the combination of the lack of communication, staff attitudes, and poor condition of the waiting area made this experience much worse. I really hope the hospital takes these concerns seriously and improves the patient experience.

From check-in to seeing the doctor to getting my prescription filled and checking out, the entire visit took less than 30 minutes -- and every step of it was handled with a smile. I never once felt rushed, even though they were close to closing. I had also called ahead beforehand, and the receptionist was courteous and made sure I knew exactly what to bring and expect, so there were zero surprises when I arrived. The facility itself was spotless and smelled great too. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and genuinely pleasant. This is now my go-to urgent care, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area.

I've been in PT for several months at this location and felt they were doing a wonderful job with…read moremy recovery from an on duty injury to my shoulder. All was well until I was required to miss a week of scheduled therapy. I lost an Aunt (my mother's sister), on December 28, 2019, and had to travel out of town for the weekend prior to a major Holiday. I notified ATI, in advance of my trip, by train, to take my mother, who is blind, to bury her sister. I advised them I would miss 1 day of therapy and would return the following week for my scheduled appointments. Well low and behold, myself and my mom caught colds while on the 13 hr, each way, freezing train. While I arrived back from my weekend round trip, in time to return to therapy...I was sick and so was my mom. We had colds! I notified ATI of my situation and advised them, I wouldn't be in. I called each day because the person taking my call, insisted on scheduling me for the next day, for each of my M-W-F appointments.....scheduled me first for Tuesday, then Thursday, instead of trusting I might know when I was well enough to return. Mind you, I was sick and caring for my sick mother as well! When I called on Wednesday, I was placed on the phone with Jessica who warned me "I'll give you today", as if that was going to automatically cure my symptoms on demand. I missed the Friday appointment as well and was scheduled me for Saturday (didn't even know they were open on Saturday's), so I returned to ATI, still not feeling well but I felt pressured!!! Unfortunately, life happens! That's when the foolery started. Determined to have me recovered as promised to who knows, the therapy intensified, resulting in pain, mild, but pain again, nonetheless! Jessica has repeatedly called me out for missing a week (as if I had to come in and spread my cold), which sounds accusatory. More than 4 times, she has brought up my missed therapy "well you did miss a week", (actually 3days), as if that is of more significance than my health! Most recently she questioned and commented on my surgeons' treatment plan! The lack of professionalism, on her part, is concerning...therapy takes place in an open, gym environment and to be called out for attendance and have a Surgeon's treatment plan questioned, while others listen, is disrespectful and demeaning! Are attendance and Dr duties new responsibilities for therapists'? I was violated by these most recent encounters. I may need to discontinue my relationship with ATI and go for a more private solution where I am respected and appreciated as a client! Otherwise, the rest of the crew at Largo ATI is fantastic!
