I walked in a round 850 and there was no receptionist so I stood waiting for 10 minutes for her to return. She returns and before she speaks to me she grabs her phone to read a text message while greeting me. Unfortunately they were having IT issues which pushed their appointments back. How far back wasn't known. But apparently it pushed us back 3 hours as was not seen until after 12pm. I thought I was slightly unprofessional for the P.A to discuss anticipated appointment durations in front of all of us who were waiting. For example: "this patience is going to take 35 minutes , he is going to be an hour and I'm sure this patient is going to take 2 hours " Let's not forget that there is a church in the neighboring sweet of which the walls have NO insulation or sound boundary. All of the music singing ect were heard clear as if we were atbthe service. Now some would have said that was fine but patience were visibly disturbed by the overpowering level of noise. Also when there was music or singing you could hear conversations. What's to say they can't hear privileged information on their side as well?

I agreed to join her in a virtual meeting and she never joined. I then asked if she could just call me on my phone, she told the front desk she would call me the same day and never did. Dr. Martin will not call you directly because the virtual system is connected to a pay system, so I had a very strong feeling she was lying when she said she'll call. Here it is Friday, and I have the wrong prescription but she has happily started her weekend without a care for her patient. You try to support black businesses and this is exactly why most fail. And her front desk staff is horrible, which is a representation of the Dr.

Instead, this turned out to be one of the most efficient, friendly, customer-centered urgent cares I've ever been to. From check-in to seeing the doctor to getting my prescription filled and checking out, the entire visit took less than 30 minutes -- and every step of it was handled with a smile. I never once felt rushed, even though they were close to closing. I had also called ahead beforehand, and the receptionist was courteous and made sure I knew exactly what to bring and expect, so there were zero surprises when I arrived. The facility itself was spotless and smelled great too. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and genuinely pleasant. This is now my go-to urgent care, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area.

He did EkG/Xrays so smooth and bedside manner was nice to have wasn't stuck up , conversation here and there a lil laughter .Dr Keena Dillard!! Was a true Gem!! she was patient, she was kind and very knowledgeable , she broke things down so I could comprehend, she answered ANY thoughts asked what were my thoughts! , like the care she gave can't amount to any added words just remarkable in her personality and Profession!.. Megan!! Was so nice and understanding she gave me all the Steroids!! Ughhh hate them!! ;(... crazy I went in there for One thing! (Thankfully it all was normal No stroke signs just muscle pains)! Whew!!..Megan was nice , helpful she brought the old skool breathing machine!(didn't think my asthma was even flaring!!) , she came to check on me , the EKG nurse was alright!..Overall I'd definitely make this My Urgent Care and it's better towards the after 5 because they get VERY swamped!! I needed to get some blood work done and this was my first experience with this office. I waited…read moretwo hours to be seen by Dr. Blake. They told me she was on an emergency phone call so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go back once more. If I have to wait again I will find another doctor. I didn't spend much time with Dr. Blake but she seemed friendly and approachable. Her office staff was nice if a little disorganized. I returned to pick up my blood work that was a week later than it was supposed to be and they made me wait another 20 mins. I will not return to this office.
