What I did was remover a ceiling fan and deloped a means to hang an arts and crafts ceiling light and shade. While my work, to develop a means to hang what was a lamp Arts and Crafts lamp shade, to use a ceiling light, in the process I miss-wired and developed a short, hence the call to you. I also wasn't fully OK with my system to hang the heavy'ish shade, that once was a lamp shade. Hence the call to your shop. Drew did a great job of both checking and fixing the wiring problem, but also developing a sturdier means to attach the inverted lamp shade.
