In the middle of the night we lost power to our house, had several surge protectors blow on us, and the smell of burning electrical inside. I called several emergency electricians, but Mike at Titus Electrical was the first to call me back and try to get someone to my house right away rather than trying to put me on the calendarfor several weeks out. Very helpful and responsive, he offered to send a team out right away, but because of the late hour we chose to shut off our power and just wait until morning. Caleb and Joe arrived first thing in the morning and they quickly found our electrical issue. So kind and professional, they walked us through what needed fixed and showed us everything that was messed up. They quoted us what we felt was a reasonable price for what needed fixed, and even gave us a military discount. When the financing company Titus partners with was not able to vet our bank income for the project, these guys went above and beyond. Instead of just leaving us to figure something out or hire someone else they pulled a bunch of strings and were able to get the job done within our budget. They worked ALL day and even brought in extra manpower, Mike and Adam, to help them get the job done and get our power back on the same day! I would have never expected half the professionalism, expertise, and overall customer service from any company. I own a property management company. On a whim I had Titus take a look at some minor GFCI outlet problems at my home. They quoted a total of $3,245 to fix the issues. They also tried to get me to sign up for periodic maintainance for any electrical issues that might come up in the future at my house. They spent over an hour of my time working up their quotes and trying to talk me into the periodic maintenance. I finally got rid of them, but not before they glued their contact information sheet on my breaker panel while I was not looking. A few days later I had a reputable company (Core Electric) fix all of the issues in less than two hours for a total of $274.70 including tax. Less than 9 % of what Titus quoted, and with no bogus periodic maintenance contract nonsense. Total scam. I truly despise having to get work done in my home because it's always overpriced and the work needed is over exaggerated. Not with Titus! We were pulling our hair out trying to get an HDMI cable pulled through about 25' of conduit behind a wall where the conduit was broken in places. Our living room was a mess, and we had broken 3 other cords trying to pull the new cable through; plus we were set to host Thanksgiving at our house in less than 48 hours. The day before Thanksgiving, I called Titus Electrical and was amazed when they could fit me in that afternoon. Marc was courteous and professional and was able to fish the cable through after about an hour. Preston and Ryan were great! I like to support a local business when I can, especially during this COVID-19 scare. They got to my house well within the time slot (something I am particular about) and, even though I told them that I was not one to panic about the COVID-19 issue, they insisted on wearing masks and gloves and putting on their booties while they were in the house. They addressed my AFCI outlet problem and gave me a list of 3 potential remedies. They also inspected all of the outlets in my house as well as the outdoor panel. The best service I've seen from any contractor. Mike and Adam are awesome communicators, explained what they were doing, and spent 14 hours non-stop in our house to make sure our wiring (which had a number of hazards) was fixed and we could sleep well knowing our house was safe.
