I needed…read moremaintenance on my Husqvarna automower and you'd be surprised at how difficult that can be to achieve. Chris H came out to my place when nobody else would and he worked hard in the sun to get me right. Maybe 2 hours. He ran diagnostics, did some troubleshooting of his own, but couldn't find the answers. Basically, Husqvarna did away with old sim connections and I needed a 4G board. Another company had installed it but there was no connection. Chris got on the horn with Husqvarna and found out that the boards come ready in AIRPLANE MODE and the company was just finding out this info and being slow with telling this info to their authorized dealers. I'm mentioning that here in case it helps anyone with connection issues. Chris was a top notch wizard, making me an instant fan of him, his work ethic, pleasant demeanor and I'm also now a fan of J E Womble & Sons. A.

This is one of the least reputable businesses I've ever dealt with. They were hired to finish my…read morefloors and a guy named Mike shows up and gives an estimate. I accepted his price and he came out that Saturday with another guy. He then left his employee there who I had never met before. They ran out of materials because of waste, so the employee had to come back the next day. They still didn't finish and there are gaps in what was done. They were also supposed to complete a job at a second location. They were given a check for equipment they claimed they needed. They never did the work and were supposed to return the check. Instead it was cashed and a stop had to be placed on the check. Very dishonest people. Owner tries to play off the responsibility by blaming his employees who he supposedly fired or they quit. If you really feel the need to hire them, I would suggest watching these thieves very closely and make sure you have everything in writing including the name of the business and signed by the owner. If I knew what kind of people they were, I would've never hired them to begin with.

It's a small "hometown" type place and the atmosphere is completely laid back and no pressure. They answered my questions and sold me what I wanted. While there was a delay on the delivery of the washer (none of it their fault), they kept me informed the entire time and then delivered everything and hooked it all up in a professional, yet "down home" manner. I was so impressed that I went back and bought my lawnmower from them. I'm a customer for life.

I have even stopped by his shop and his workers got him on the phone or me and he promised again to come look at my cabinets. No show as usual. There are only two people living in my home, my husband and me.. so there's no rough play like children and even if there were, the moldings shoukd not be falling off. All the molding in my laubdry room has fallen off and its jyst sitting behind the door . Cannot get Joe to even c9me and look at it.. i paud over $20 k for my cabinets and moldings also falling off kitchen cabinets and the shoe molding around them with the little nails sticking out to prick your feet if u touch it.....i think he has done ne very wrong .
