The office has friendly staff and a pleasant front desk. I really appreciated the thorough and efficient service we have received both times. This office respects your time and won't hold you hostage waiting in the waiting room. My only complaint is having to wait months to be seen. It's somewhat of an ordeal with consultation (that takes weeks to schedule) - then the insurance red tape-then trying to get an appointment especially when you are in the midst of excruciating pain. Excellent post op instructions. Thank you Dr L for taking care of my husband. They try their best- there are too many people needing services and not enough resources here.

They don't cover anesthesia. As we now know we are responsible anesthesia bill. They need to review the Law "No Surprises Act" that was put in place. Please be aware. For the past two weeks, I have been dealing with the most horrendous tooth pain I've ever…read moreexperienced in my life. Honestly, a 10/10 on the pain scale. Let's face it, I haven't met one person in life who says they looked forward to going to the dentist. But nervously I made the appointment on a Monday begging for them to please squeeze me in asap to remove the tooth. They very kindly were able to get me an appointment the very next day with Dr. Sheeran. My tooth was infected, so they had to give me Anesthesia to remove the tooth. I have to say, I can not thank Dr. Sheeran enough for what he did. The man is no less than a miracle worker! He is very kind, courteous, with excellent bedside manner. I felt completely at ease from the minute I met him until the time the removal was done. Not only that, but he inserted the greatest IV I've ever had in my life! I Could barely even feel a pinch. We joked a little, talked about golf, and next thing you know what felt like five seconds later I'm wide awake and the procedure was complete. Here we are less than 24 hours after the tooth removal, and I have ZERO pain. No bleeding, no discomfort, nothing. Words can't even begin to express how happy I am to have met Dr Sheeran and have him work on me. Believe me when I tell you, the man is extremely gifted at what he does. I also have to say how friendly and professional his entire staff is. The 2 ladies at the desk were a complete joy to deal with, as well as Dr Sheeran's assistant that aided him with the surgery. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. I hope I never have to experience this type of tooth issue again, but if I do, I'm definitely going back to Dr Sheeran.

5/25/21 wow!!!!! I'm new to the area just two months ago and I was torn if I should keep the…read moredentist I love-American Dental Excellence- or switch to a dentist not 70 miles away. I was having molar pain and it almost felt like a tooth dying so I thought "root canal". I was amazed that Sherry Dental made time to see me and I wasn't even their actual patient. I was seen at 1:30 today. They explained their covid procedures, hand washing, download the patient forms, come in on time, etc. they took me right away. The front desk was welcoming and pleasant. The assistant was helpful and took me back to the pano x Ray machine after I "de accessorized". Dr Zachary Emerson was the dentist who saw me. He is youthful and exuberant. Very pleasant and welcoming. He asked me some questions and actually complimented my existing dental work noting the high quality and expertise of the previous dentist. My pain was caused due to "recession". Oh how great it is getting old! I'm planning to have him do my check up in the next few weeks but in the Tamaqua office. I appreciated the peace of mind even though I have some pain-I'll survive. Hell I had two children without anesthesia!
