My first appointment was with Dr. Wiese to establish care, get x-rays, and set up my routine cleaning schedule. From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made the right choice. What impressed me immediately was that they gave me a full tour of the practice during my first visit, something I'd never experienced at a dental office before! This transparency made me feel welcome and showed they have nothing to hide. The office is immaculate, and their sanitation practices are clearly taken seriously. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Wiese was thorough and took time to explain each step of the process. I just had to take a moment to sing the praises of this amazing dentist I found--Dr. H over at Bristol Park Dental in Williston. If you're not familiar, his office is conveniently located right next to Aspen Dental Williston , VT and super close to Hannaford's in Williston VT You can't miss the light gray building with that big awning out front. It is handicap accessible, with a side entrance for anyone who needs it. I've had quite a bit of dental work done by Dr. H, and let me tell you, he's done three successful root canals for me. I'm also getting treated for TMJ, and the great news is that he's in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BSBSVT) which means my HEALTH insurance covers a range of treatments-- appliances, panoramic images, and even Masseter Botox for that TMJ relief. Seriously, Dr. H is the one-stop-shop for all things dental! When it comes to services, he's got you covered with smile makeovers, full arch cases, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, fillings, and even orthodontics like Invisalign and braces. Dr H made an appliance for me, and it fit like a glove--first time, every time. His state-of-the-art equipment is pretty mind-blowing! They show you a 3D image of your tooth, and the new ones he installs fit way better than your old ones--I promise you that. I've had around eight teeth worked on, and Dr H created several new crowns that match my original ones color perfectly. Dr. H's attention to detail during my root canals was top-notch. He is kind, humble and a truly great person. And let me just mention how awesome his staff is! His wife, Dr. C, is also a dentist, which adds to the warm and welcoming vibe of the office. If you're in Burlington, seriously consider making your way to see Dr. H--you won't regret it! I'm looking forward to enjoying my new crowns for many years to come. Now a heads up to patients with hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos, and to…read morepatients with depression/anxiety for whom having to manage doctors' emotions for them is a barrier to care. Dr. Pinto has multiple patients with EDS, and puts in the time and effort to adjust her care for the ways the disorder impacts tooth and gum health. Finding my nerves for filling replacement has always been a trial for dentists. As is common in EDS, I go through anesthesetic quickly and variably depending on anaesthetic type and dose. I've worked closely with Dr. Pinto to figure out how to get me numbed up effectively. I also want to give a shout-out to her straightforwardness in working with patients with severe anxiety and depression. It's really common to have to expend precious energy reassuring medical professionals who are uncomfortable with the idea of depression/anxiety. (This is a significant boundary to medical care for folks dealing with these issues.) Not so with Dr. Pinto. Upon learning about the depth of my partner's profound depression/anxiety, all she had to say was "you're on meds? You're working with professionals? Good. So about your teeth..." And that was it. No pity, no fear, no need to manage her emotions and expectations. Again, five stars, A+, best sustained dentistry experience of my life, recommended to everyone who will sit still long enough for me to tell them about her.

The office experience is first rate and the professionalism and compassionate care by the dental staff is exceptional. Dr. Burns recently surgically placed two implants in lower jaw, and it felt like no work had been performed at all. There was simply zero post op soreness or pain. I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Burns and his staff-and I have a life long aversion and phobia about dentist offices. It would be impossible to be more satisfied. She did a gum graft on me in January 2024 after I had been experiencing gum recession for several years. I just had my 3 month post-op check up and all is looking good. I am so pleased with the meticulous quality of her work. I had been very anxious beforehand as a previous gum graft done elsewhere in 2018 did not last, and the recovery process then had been painful and uncomfortable with a lot of inflammation and bruising on my chin. Dr. Adisa clearly explained the whole process to me, before, during and afterwards. She was both honest about the post-op discomfort I would feel during the first 2 weeks, and reassuring about how that would be temporary. I didn't experience any bruising this time, and very little swelling. Her post-op care instructions are excellent, and I felt very well cared for when I had questions. She was very responsive. The hygienists are conscientious and the front desk staff, Kim and Jackie are warm, welcoming and helpful with insurance issues. I have nothing but high praise for this office. They are an excellent team.
