Instead of asking if you can remove your shirt ... he just goes for your shirt and lifts and says take your bra off. He acts more like a predator. When saying i have Gyn who gives me meds he insisted that i start getting my menopause medicine from him.....family practice doctor. And i refused to go back after that horrible experience. Then when i called for my blood work they said they'd have to ask the doctor first if they can give me MY blood work. SO... Covid. I had it. Had severe cough & chest pain. chest pain so bad I went to the ER. they did a few tests & couldn't tell me why. went to this Dr & that Dr.including CityMD TWICE. Nobody knew why. Then I went to Sage. He diagnosed in 4 seconds what others couldn't in 4 hours. My father also had a good experience with him, Sage caught that my dad was taking 2 meds which would have horrible adverse effects & had him stop it immediately. In my opinion, he is the best Dr I had ever been to. He's blunt, direct, and he knows his stuff. With that being said, when you're healthy, someone who is overly blunt can be an annoyance and can be perceived negatively. When your health is on the line there is no Dr I'd rather have. and I mean that. My wife has a bump on her neck that we found 10 mins ago. I know where I'm going to check it out. My wife and I were looking for a COVID test facility last week, and ended up coming here. I appreciated the directness of Dr Sayegh as he made no bones about our current situation while administering the test. 2 days later, he called and informed us that we were both positive, and should make immediate arraignments to get to St John's Hospital for monoclonal antibody treatment and to make sure we mention that he was sending us there. To our surprise, we were able to get an appointment for 9am the next morning. At that point, we made the decision to make Dr Sayegh our primary care doctor, and met with him today for our follow up exams. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach used by Dr Sayegh that goes along with his experience and skill. Went here for over 25 yrs. Since moved to Florida. My disabled son was also patient .Social security faxed them a release form for his records. Doctors wife put form in my file, to be forgotten about. By chance I went for my last appt. They handed me the form and refused to send to ssd. What do they care if he looses his disability check. My son is mentally Challenged and a bad heart. Tried to call since and wife has people say she's not in. She was a person I recommended to go there was looking right at her.lies to a patient who's been going ther a long time and recommended many people. Well she wouldn't get on the phone with me at all. Be warned this is by far one of the worst doctors offices I've ever been to and if I could give negative stars, I would. The office smelled like a dead mouse or rat; the woman at reception was not wearing a mask in the age of COVID 19; the doctor lacked bed side manners and was downright unpleasant. So much so that he without warning nor consent lifted my blouse to listen to my heart which left me feeling completely violated. He also suggested I switch my primary care to him because "he would take good care of me". Super creepy and just an added level of stress that is unnecessary especially considering the current state of the world. I was there for a simple antibody test and it ended up feeling more like a nightmare. Never ever again and I suggest you steer clear as well. read more

DO NOT COME HERE First of all, idk the doctor. Never had the experience. But if he chose these idiots to represent him and be the liaison between him and his patients, then i dont care to get to know him. If I could give a negative star I most definitely without a doubt would. I truly refrained myself from writing this review for a while hoping my rage wouldn't interfere. I went there on a Wednesday afternoon in dire pain and the place was empty. It was about 30 mins before closing. They werent in sight but they were being obnoxiously loud talking around the side of the front window. I kept calling out for assistance. Once they realized a patient was there they went mute. They obviously didnt want to attend anyone. I rang the little bell on the desk a few times and after several minutes and lots of frustration I tapped (ok practically banged) on the glass window. They didn't even bother. So I proceed to call the office. Phone rings, one of them answers. I held off from going haywire on them and say, "I'm the patient inside the office. I know you hear me." She takes two steps and is in the front window asking what I need help with. She didnt even try offering a fake apology. I tell her I need to see a doctor asap and she says they can no longer attend me bc its ten minutes to closing. And she just left and went back around the corner. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE. I went there to get a rapid COVID test and was told it would be 145.00 dollars.This test had to be rapid because I needed surgery the very next day for a fractured pinkey. The manager was rude from the beginning and has little manners. I had the text done and was negative. They gave me a simple plain piece of paper without any official letter head. When I questioned them they said that's all they can provide. I faxed this paper to the administration of the surgeon who stated that this is not an official clearance for the next day surgery. I went back and informed this nasty manager who became annoyed stating that why and did not go to my primary. We had to postponed the surgery and was forced to take a normal COVID text which this nasty manager offered. She stated that I had a attitude and now states she is not giving me the COVID test. I requested to speak to the doctor she stated that I could not. We argued and got into a shouting match. I was calling out to the doctor who could hear the argument. They eventually agreed to meet me. He sided with this nasty manager but eventually understood what was happening. The COVID test was administrated with the doctor assuring us that he will escalate the waiting and assured me that we should have it within a couple of days. Results were available the very next day. Unfortunately the doctor is loyal to this nasty manager who for sure has damaged his reputation. The sign stated that urgent care welcome and is misleading because it is not a true urgent care. Office is not full and I believe that is why they advertise as Urgent care. May be a fine doctor but is mislead by this nasty manager.
