They had, however, done an ultrasound to determine this. Two weeks later I called to see where my refund was. I was told it could take 45 days for insurance - given that they did do the ultrasound portion, I did not mention that had the original doctor made the same determination from the original ultrasound, I wouldn't have been there. 45 days later, I call. Yup, I do have a credit balance that would go back to my credit card. A week later, I still don't have it. They had to have my money up front - now they have had my money for 2.5 months. Not acceptable.

Got taken here via ambulance after a motor vehicle accident. I spent over four hours in the…read morehallway before anyone would explain to me what was going on. The nursing assistant did take my vital signs about every two hours but no providers talked to me. I was in a C-spine collar brace from beginning to end. No offer of drinks, IV hydration or anything to help with pain. I was in the triage area for over 10 hours on a stretcher and had to listen to security guards in their break room being unprofessional towards other patients. Nurses at the nurses station were also quite unprofessional towards other patients other patients waiting with me. It was very chaotic and crazy to say the least. I hope I don't end up at this hospital ever again for any reason.

I've had Dr. Frank Mongillo for almost 25 years. And have to say I feel blessed to have a truly…read morededicated professional. He has seen me though kidney cancer about 20 years ago and made a plan for surgery. The cancer was removed and I never had any issues with cancer again. Let me add at least at the time I had like a 30% chance of survival. He has also gotten me though a couple of different scary health issues and every time his diagnosis has been correct and his treatment has cured me. He's a excellent old school doctor that ends up being a close friend to many of his patient's. I don't believe I would be here on earth if it wasn't for him. Let me add I'm not unique, I never seen Dr mongillo treat anyone else exactly the same way I'm was. He is a human being that cares about humanity. I would and have staked my life on his ability of being a old school doctor putting every patient first.

I have been a patient for the last 15 years at least and the level of disrespect, discomfort, lies, misconduct, lack of empathy, compromised ethics, and a lot more. I am very fortunate to have been recording every interaction with every employee in that place. I have treated every worker with the upmost respect. My appointment literally only takes 5 minutes tops. Blood pressure, urine, done. I have had false positives on my urinalysis 7 different occasions now in the last 13 months. According to my records not one of those particular urines were sent to the lab. I have used other methods just to prove with 100 % certainty that this was the case in several of these urinalysis. I have been on the suboxone along with an ADHD med and Anxiety med that I need to function. I was doing amazing until these wonderful people started playing games with my prescriptions and demanding I travel 45 minutes every two weeks for a 5 minute appt including a urine. I am on a low dose adhd control and low dose anxiety control med. I need to take these medications so I can run my business. These employees at the counter( answering phones) and unfortunately now Physician Assistants, Docs, etc truly get satisfaction on making your life hard and miserable. For example, being sent home for being 5 minutes late for the last appt of the day after I just paid 80 dollars to get there and back. Another, being forced to take multiple days of every 2 weeks because I have to fight to get my meds because they were either not called in by the end of the day( this has happened over 16 times) Most of us suffer from addiction and my heart goes out to all that do. I can promise you the majority at 1427 chapels shore does not. I tested positive for a drug that I know have not consumed in anyway possible and the doctor cut of my benzo med that I have been on for 20 years cold turkey, without verifying with the lab, by trying to tell me it wouldn't be safe to give me at least a couple days or a weeks worth due to one positive substance that does not even interact with the benzo I am on. I can tell you for sure what's not safe is to let a healthy individual as myself walk out with the risk of having a massive seizure at any point within the next two weeks. I asked for documentation where it states a doctor can ethically do as such. They gave me the suboxone agreement which is not a matter of life and death and not at all what I asked for. Anyway I can go on and on about the many incidents over the past 5 years at 1427 Chapel. I know there are many patients going through similar with this particular crew at 1427 Chapel. My heart goes out to you all as well. Start recording and documenting if you feel you are being treated unfairly and do not be afraid to question anything that does not make sense or feel right. Dr Aggarwal started something above the rest years ago. I pray people either switch locations and research their rights if some of what I said seems too familiar. Don't let them cost you your job or sobriety by there lack of compassion and understanding.
