Needing to increase my FICO score by five points to be able to wrap in my HELOC proved fruitless and waste of time. James is one of their underwriters is very unhelpful very condescending very dismissive. James seems to have picked a fight with one of their lending agents by the name of Cindy over of all things politics which I give none cares about. I would not recommend this company for any reason and would tell you to go spend your time effort energy and money elsewhere for somebody who can actually assist in getting what you're after. I'll leave you with this my FICO score was a 695 my credit score was a 728 all I needed was to raise that up five points this would have been easily accomplished had anyone had common sense and understood that there was a reporting error as far as an account number on the part of the credit agency that they were utilizing. The loan officer and processing agents at PLB Lending know their stuff, and they excel at timely closings.
