This place is a joke! Every time I call to get my sons prescription filled they always tell me they'll call me when it's ready and they never do! They transfer me to nurses station constantly and no one ever answers, I leave messages with no returned calls! They're so unorganized its unreal! I don't see how they are still up and running! I've seen so many complaints on this place! How do they not know about all these bad reviews on them???? Or maybe they just don't care! I waited two weeks for them to call telling me my sons prescription was ready and they never called! I had to call them and then was transferred three times before I got an answer! Finally I told the lady that answered that kept transferring me that I was done with them! I can't wait to find a new dr! This place needs to be shut down! read more

When my mom went back to get this corrected, they told her to just wait and go to our primary care physician. So my dad left this establishment IN THE SAME WAY HE GOT THERE. In pain and with an open wound. This is not healthcare, this is not the way anyone should be treated, let alone someone who is clearly in need of EMERGENT medical attention. Never again. We continue to use them because they are so amazing at what they do! From the time I drove into the parking lot until I drove out of the parking lot, I was comfortable, greeted with friendly knowledgeable care, the environment is super clean, the staff is so patient, caring, and Family oriented. They made sure that I was comfortable in the setting, that all of my needs were taken care of, and then I felt sure about the diagnosis and where to go from there. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care services. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I will add, when I left, it had started to get dark and there was a parking lot security officer who made sure I even got to my car safely. If you weren't doing ER service like this, you're doing it wrong. Every single patient should feel like a VIP.

I visited this facility early March 2020. Before all the news about covid-19 hit the USA. I told…read morethe nurse practitioner that I was short of breath, had a cough, low fever, fatigue, loss of taste and smell. She told me I had a virus to go home. No tests were needed. I asked if she could order a chest X-ray and if I could get tested for covid-19 - or at least the flu. I tried to tell her I had recently took a flight to Miami, Florida to see family - but she cut me off, saying: my symptoms were not consistent with covid-19 & that she was not going to "waste a test on me". My husband and I were stunned at her response! She made me feel as if I was "acting" or "seeking attention". It was a HORRIBLE experience! The worst one I have ever had - To feel that sick & be treated so poorly by a medical professional. It's not right!!! In the end, she did order a chest X-ray, but did not do any other tests. She smugly told me that the x-ray was clear, "as she knew it would be". I went to work the next few days - I'm a high school teacher. Four days later my husband had to rush me to the hospital b/c I could not breath. I tested positive for influenza A, influenza B, Epstein Barr - & COVID-19! I was sent to Houston and hospitalized immediately. My husband had to contact the school. By God's grace, none of my students tested positive for covid-19. Hindsight is 20/20. I should have questioned her... gone to Beaumont for another opinion. But I trusted her b/c she is a medical professional! I've debated writing this review. I live in Mauriceville. My children have grown up here & I love my small town. My PCP is in Orange, my dentist in Vidor. So I did not want to cause problems. However, the lady that treated me should be aware that she was dead wrong & that her negligence could have caused an unimaginable amount of repercussions!! I could have died, leaving my husband and children alone. I could have infected all of my 157 students. I could have infected my family, friends... So many things could have happened. If she was tired, she should have gone home! It is my hope that the correct people read this review & that steps are taken so that this situation NEVER happens again!!!

I am a new patient with Dr. Frances and my initial visit was the result of major spinal pain and…read moretrying to rise, sit and bend over was a major and excruciating experience. went to see if there was any possibility of identifying the " ROOT CAUSE" of the issue(s) as I had years prior been in a mega truck accident and inflicted massive damage from the coccyx thru the neck vertebrae and for the past 5-6 years of medical treatment, primarily in the form of Steroid injections, which helped but now not a bearable situation so the visit. Dr, Francis had some tests run during the initial visit and as an initial action prescribed some medication via injection to aid in temporarily reducing the pain along with a prescription to reduce swelling and pain as well. (MRI ordered) Within the 3-4 hour stated time period to enable relief that did happen as explained and the prescription medication worked with the swelling. MRI results for the spine were reviewed with him today (4-4-2024) and the spine is a mega mess. Absolute phenomenal experience in the up-front examination and discovery followed with interim medications. Follow-up visit today resulted in a very in-depth review of the MRI results and subsequently provided me with a very clear and concise understanding of the written and visual MRI reports. A schedule is currently being coordinated with Dr. Frances, Houston OakBend Medical Center and myself for a very limited invasive surgery. Could not have been a better medical experience with an extremely competent Physician and staff. Footnote to this is, yes, you may have to wait sometime during your visit(s) but as stated in his medical facilities he "will see every patient himself" vs like the majority of medical visits whereas you may never see an actual DR. but a highly competent and Certified/Registered Nurse Practitioner.
