Later that day he then sent me a clearance letter saying that the system was in "Great" condition and in working order. No comment at all about any drain field problems. I presented the letter to the buyer and he already knew better. The company required $2,000 in "Green dollar bills" as pre-payment. No venmo, no check, "Green Dollar bills" only. To keep the sale from sure death, we hired another company to quote for drain field repair, even though it was unnecessary, and $3800 later we were able to close the sale. $5800 in total for some PVC pipe replacement that took 1.5 hours. Keep your distance from this very shady company.

The owner and his wife came out to inspect our septic tank because of an issue we were having. Upon inspection, he told us he would need to come back out to do more digging but was afraid it might be a bigger issue than we initially thought. Sure enough it was. The news hit us hard. The owner said repeatedly that he wanted to fix the problem and would work with us on the payment. He left us to discuss 3 different options and, in the meantime, pumped our tank.
