They respect your time and your home-from taking off their shoes as they walked around getting their measurements, to the installers who cleaned up after they were done. Ian and dad, Robert, were quick to respond to any issues or concerns I may have had. They even went a step further. When the windows came in from the factory, they had to be up to Ian's tough standards. I had one window that didn't meet Ian's expectations and he sent it back and ordered a new one-that window never even made it my house. I decided to hire him to install my kitchen for my full home remodel. I have zero regrets choosing him for the job. He did an excellent job and he did it right. We have cameras in every room so we had it on video. For all of the inconveniences he offered to put a free patio door in which was defective and every time he told me he was coming I got an excuse. He came over with a new part and no tools. They took the screens for the door and it took over a month to get them put in. I just had somebody come out to check the caulk and was told it wasn't the right caulk and some of the 10 windows I bought weren't caulked at all so I had to pay somebody else to caulk everything which cost a few hundred dollars.
