He was very busy but also very efficient and patient and thorough explaining all of the options and requirements for renting a mailbox. Thanks guys for helping us get our wine boxed up and shipped out so quickly! We had about 3 cases total and while we only shipping one (Alaska Airlines has a wonderful program to ship a case each free of charge) it was great to have everything properly packaged and ready to go for the airport. Very friendly and extremely helpful. A little pricey for packaging but considering what you can spend on wine, it's probably safe to say it's better to protect your "investment". The service here is outstanding and Brian is just a good human being. The moment I got into town, I needed to FedEx something back to California. As other people have noted, this is the only FedEx pickup and drop-off location around. So, I cruised in there with my documents. Brian learned my name, and he has remembered it the whole time. The possibility that he might know everyone is town is pretty real. :) The packing services are excellent. I've returned unusual-shaped furniture items that were bought on-line and nothing seems to phase the staff here. They let you bring in whatever you need to ship, and they go to work solving your problems for you. They are expensive, but they get the job done. We shipped a lot of pottery across country and their packing was ridiculously good--not a single thing broke. I've used their post box service for a year with no probs. Last week I had an unusual problem. I needed 400 large, custom envelopes in just a few days. I got paper board from Staples (yay overnight delivery!) and Brian printed the artwork on his large format printer. We picked up piles of prints several times a day and knocked the project out in 3 days. I'm pretty sure Brian lost some sleep working on this project, and I know his son had to run in to Portland to get ink cartridges. Anyway it was a great success! I brought in 6 large crates of stuff that I needed to ship to Washington DC and these guys were fantastic! Not only was my stuff boxed and ready to ship within a few hours but they did a fantastic job packing it. Additionally they priced both Fed Ex and USPS prices to get me the best deal. Several of the crates that I had them pack to ship were crates of pottery and everything was packed very well. Not a single thing broke in shipping. I can't recommend these guys enough. This is a family owned business and it shows in the quality of care and customer service. Prices were reasonable and service was top notch! When I got home to DC all my stuff was waiting for me. My only constructive feedback for this business is that the peanuts that they used were a mix of dissolvable/biodegradable and styrofoam and I would have preferred to have all biodegradable peanuts. FedEx as a whole sucks. I USED to be an avid FedEx customer, highly recommending FedEx to all. Never. Again. I shipped a surprise package from Boston to a friend of mine there in McMinnville, as I was on vacation and just saw something that I thought they would love. It being a surprise, I don't want to notify the recipient of its impending arrival. He is incapable physically of going to a pick up station to retrieve it at all whatsoever, hence why I used FedEx to begin with. The driver sent to take it out has subpar driving skills, and because she had previously gotten stuck twice on his road, decided to forgo delivering the package and have it held at a pick up station. That totally negates the reason I used them to begin with. I got no notification about this at all. I called Wednesday to find out what was going on and was told it was being held for an unknown reason. I was supposed to receive a call back within two hours and that call never came. I called back yesterday and got the only person with a brain so far, Carolyn, and she was so helpful and informed me of the true reason it wasn't delivered. She transferred me to the station house to speak with one of their managers, Josh. He was so not helpful and was rather rude, but what else can you expect from a yankee. Anyway, I was supposed to yet again get a call back that never came. I tried calling today, and the first representative I spoke to was unprofessional and just stupid. He lied and said he was transferring me to the station ID I provided, and left me on hold for 15 minutes, transferring me to another department involving scheduling a delivery. That guy was at least nice, but still dumb. He said the phone number for the station house had been disconnected. I asked to speak to Carolyn or at least someone in that department. That's when I got Samantha and that's when it went to h*ll in a hand basket. She was rude, snappy, unprofessional, uncaring and just thought the entire situation was funny. She told me to expect a call back because the station house was closed until 9am PST. I asked why I should believe that I would actually get a call back considering the last two days, and she became extremely hostile. It was a legitimate question since I'm still waiting for the call back from WEDNESDAY. If I were holding my breath, I'd be dead. So I told her no, that was unacceptable and she said that's how it is and to deal with it, so I told her thanks for being rude and making this entire situation even more sh***y than before and to have the same kind of day they've given me. Then she got even more rude, so I told her to **** off. This is ridiculous. I even asked if they could ship it back to me so I could just send it UPS, because the boys (and girls!) in brown know how to actually drive the big trucks, and that I wanted a refund for the $9.75 I spent "shipping" this thing. The reps today, laughed and said no. So my only assumption is that my package has been stolen for the property/gifts inside that were solely intended for the recipient. That's the only reason they would be refusing to cooperate. **side note: this is supposedly the station holding said package for me, that's why I'm reviewing it under your location.** read more

I live in Arizona and purchased a hood on Craig's List in Oregon. The seller of the hood brought it in to Pack and Ship and Brian took care of the whole thing in order to get it to me. He notified me when the hood arrived from the seller, went out of his way to be sure that the hood was wrapped as well as it could be considering the size restrictions and called me when the packing was finished, accepting my credit card for the cost of the packing and shipping.
