She was very professional and enjoyed talking with me about current events, and I didn't mind that there was a student in the room watching as well. The doctor's first words to me yesterday were "I'm digging the bow tie!" He was able to tell me what's wrong with my teeth (not much) and how to fix it and what to expect. Dr Hayes was going to replace the crown on my implant. When the crown came in Dr Hayes said he drilled down to far and stripped the screw head which destroyed my implant. Smiles Dentistry had to pay for two additional implants to partially repair the damage that Dr Hayes did to my jaw. I am still having to deal with issues on that dead implant due to Dr Hayes negligence and may have to have surgery to have it removed. Dr. Hayes has caused me much pain and suffering due to his mistake. I do not recommend anyone with implants to let Dr Hayes treat them.

My upper and lower teeth don't fit together well, they hit in awkward places, preventing me from chewing at all on one side and I can't use my molars to chew at all. I have to use my canines and pre-molars to chew, and only on one side. My teeth are uneven, and I have an overbite I didn't have before. Regret my decision to go here but it's my fault for not shopping around more and doing my due diligence.
