We appreciated that he pointed out a couple of things needing our attention but not having to do with the home's stability in case of earthquake. He then gave equal attention to the crawlspace, taking photos to show us what was down there. It was great to hear that our builder in 1981 had properly attached the upper construction to the foundation so that it didn't need any further reinforcement. We wanted to pay him for the two hours spent with us, but he refused saying it was part of the company's offer of a free inspection. Very noticeable.. as you could see the back yard thru the gap. so disappointed in this company! We had to hire another contractor to get that level. Ridiculous!! I trusted them to repair my HOME!!
