In both cases we were very satisfied with their quotes. They completed the jobs quickly and even offered to come back later to add ducting on a room that needed to be finished. We wanted to add heat to the second floor, which had no ducts going it. Their estimator helped walk us through our options, including ways we could add the ducting while keeping it hidden. The communication of their customer service team is friendly and helpful, and they were good about reminding us of upcoming work. Both projects required an electrician, who they contracted with and took care of. Their follow-up has been excellent. And most important, the heating system works as designed. We are very happy and would recommend Marshall's to anybody.

In that time they replaced one heat pump and installed a second pump. The service department is the weak link in this company. Phone calls to make an appointment with the service department can go unanswered for hours. Leaving your phone number with a message to call back is futile. This problem has persisted for years and does not get better. Pointing out that problem doesn't change anything. Even to the service manager. The only bright spot of this department has been the technician Jeff Allen who has been great. He is an asset to this company. I can no longer recommend this company.

Aye let me tell ye' , this one's a doozy…read more My MIL's house burned down in a forest fire on Labor day weekend 2020. After insurance came through and we'd done some design consultations, we signed a contract with Adair in February 2021. The sales folks said that the build team would be able to deliver a house in August 2021. Wet ink on the page, the superintendent laughed in my face and said, "who told you August?? September is the earliest we can possibly do." After that, he declined my calls, ignored my emails and texts, refused to answer my questions, and rebuffed the upper corporate overlords to whom I complained. September came to October, October to November... Thanksgiving came and went and the estimated completion date stopped being updated at all. At Christmas time, with my MIL living in a literal shed in the literal mountain snow, they told me the house was done. Well, I inspected the house and there were many structural and quality deficiencies apparent to me, the layperson. I told them "um no, fix it." December went. January went. Meanwhile they managed to fire the first super and hire another without telling me. And then fire that one and hire a third, again without telling me. Midway through February. I told them "You know what? All the rest of the work is stuff I can do, I don't need you. You're fired." And that's why I'm down at my MIL's house every weekend now fixing s* they didn't do. If you ever need a house built, don't. And if you do, for god's sake don't hire Adair.

Our contractor, Craig, really made all the difference. He was responsive when there were any questions or issues and always followed through on his promises. The build took 7 months from start to finish which we were really pleased with. Here were bumps along the way and things my husband had to stay on top of to keep the build moving along but you're going to have that with any builder. Im so happy we had Adair and Craig especially for our build.

Driving around and calling proved useless as the only bellows we found was almost $300!! It was gorgeous though, but too beautiful to use. Finally, Home Depot Customer Service recommended this small mom and pop shop. I'm so glad they did! We called them and yes they have bellows. We drove over and were greeted with a smile. I was stupefied to think I'm going to a sewing and vacuum repair for a bellows?!? What?? Uhh, okay, then I might go to a burger joint looking for a car wash?? ... Jokes on me as this place has it all! Yes, they have loads of sewing and vacuum equipment, supplies and repairs, plus they have a beautiful selection of pizza ovens and outdoor barbecues. There was one pizza oven in particular that really caught my eye. This beauty would go well on my patio deck next to my smoker. It runs on either wood or propane and is assembled on a really nice frame with shelving. It can do fairly large pizzas as well. Other areas of the store surprised me as there was also a nice variety of wood and pellet stoves as well as a section for sewing and vacuum. I ended up with a nice quality bellows for less than $100 and a firewood tote that was made from recycled canvas materials and very sturdy. The store is clean and well organized with quality brand names. Staff are polite and friendly and they mentioned they are new owners. I would definitely go back for more supplies.

It has followed me to many moves, and has made clothes and gifts throughout the years. A few years ago, the button hole feature did not work. I took it to the center, and was told it was not worth fixing. So I just worked around its idiosyncrasies, and my husband bought me a new Brothers Machine. What a piece of junk! I hated it, and used my Viking as well as I could. Recently, I decided to at least have my old Viking cleaned, and took it in for service. A whole new crew--and THEY FIXED IT LIKE NEW!! I am SO HAPPY! And it was only a week to do, and reasonable rate. Can't say enough about the great service. Please support this business.
