There were constant "change orders" for things like an additional $2,600 for touch up paint on trim and other things that should have simply been part of the contract. Our $73,600 contract ballooned into a $93,200 contract with no significant changes made to the work.  It took them 7 months to remodel a bathroom, paint, install laminate floors and they still weren't done when we finally asked them to just not come back due to workers never showing up. They have no secretary and try to manage everything through an app that does not work. Payments through the app didn't go through so we had to just send a check that the company could not or would not keep track of. There is no way to directly contact Ryon. All you can do is text and he will say "I'll look into that" and then you will never hear back. He literally said "I will get back to you ASAP" over a month ago now. They left a ton of trash from the remodel on the side of our house. We had to clean up after them at the end of the job. And then there was just weird stuff... like they painted the walls in semi gloss, they would just leave doors open--not just unlocked--open when they left for the night. Our plumbing started leaking and pooling in the basement near the shutoff valve they were using and they never told us.... Altogether it was just a legendary bad experience.

Where do I start.... we signed a contract with Reality Homes to build a custom home with a daylight…read morebasement in May of 2020 and now this is what our "home" looks like in 2024. They have put us through more than I can say in a short review, so I'll leave it at this: signing with Reality Homes was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. We were to have a very tall (11'8") basement, and after we discovered they were building it several feet shorter than our plans called for, RH just kept pushing us to let them continue on, rather than fix it. Then when the city inspector FAILED our pre-slab inspection, RH told us they would just bypass the inspector and have their engineer sign off and pour it as is. UNACCEPTABLE! My husband and I are paying a mortgage on this pile of concrete that RH insists "there is nothing wrong with," and we are fighting them in the local circuit court after an arbitration hearing that ended with an award in THEIR favor for nearly 60k. It is almost too wild to be true, but sadly this is all nonfiction. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH I REGRET WORKING WITH REALITY HOMES. What a nightmare!
