I told the lady exactly the time & day I needed it. When it's time for pick-up, the plaque wasn't ready because the lady said I didn't specify the time. This is impossible because we have a luncheon with the person that is leaving so I have to give the right time in order to get it to him for his event. Her excuse was, if she knew she would have wrote it on the receipt. I didn't get any receipt. The plaque wasn't ready until two days later. The day of the pick-up, Melissa called me & asked me if the dates on the plaque are correct. Shouldn't I get this call days early to confirm the wordings on the plaque, not on the day of the late pick-up?! I was hyped up with this place, not anymore.

They had the logo of my military program already. When I emailed Chris the wording I wanted, he sent me back a draft of what it would look like so I could approve it before he had the work engraved.
