NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!! A friend of mine purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from here. The original sticker price was 12000 and well she somehow ended up paying 22000 for it once they were done with their fancy financing. She was able to recover a small amount from a Consumer protection program for hidden fees and was able to get MPI to hold them accountable on a few things on it as the inspection for safety was completely inaccurate! What a nightmare this place is.Unfortunately her vehicle is trash less than 7 months later. I won't get into all of the things that went wrong with the vehicle with but i see a huge amount of bad reviews on here and would suggest you all make contact with each other and launch a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this dealership for the blatant fraud they commit and will onto the consumer everyday! Taking advantage of people who do not know any better and intentionally putting the consumer in a very bad situation selling a UNSAFE VEHICLE FOR DOUBLE THE SELLING PRICE . WARNING. If you choose to buy a car from here, pay another mechanic to look it over first. Less than 40 days after I bought mine, I spent over 3000 on repairs and new tires (the ones they put on were old and cracked and dangerous). My repairs included new rotors, ball joints, and a new deferential, etc. Most things were NOT covered by the expensive warranty I was pressured to buy - now I know why! The mechanic I brought it to said, "I wouldn't put my wife in this car. I don't know how those people sleep at night. It should NEVER have passed the safety." Unfortunately I was a few days over the 38 day legal limit of holding them accountable for all repairs. My mechanic told me "they butchered it". They would have seen the rotors were worn and slapped brakes on top of them to avoid the cost of repair, the tires would have been replaced with crappy ones that could have gotten me killed on the highway. Seriously. And now, the ignition is glitching. The list goes on. Just DO NOT engage. This is a shady place. read more

If I were to give a rating based simply on the two sales representatives that I encountered, Ore and Ishan, I would give 5 stars. Ore and Ishan bring a professionalism and kind nature that incline you to make a purchase. The manager, Rick, albeit he is not as easy to get along with, I understand his point as a manager and I understand why sometimes there has to be a bad guy. A rating based on Rick, would be 3.5 stars. The reasoning behind my bad review, was due to the fact that I purchased a vehicle where I was promised a car part to be fixed / replaced as made with the deal during the purchase, the part being a clockspring, to be exact. The clockspring needed replacing in the very beginning and I was told that it will be replaced shortly. Time and time again I called and they said that they ordered it and it is coming, then all of a sudden when I call again "it is the wrong part" that they ordered, at first I believed them but now I know it's just a lie they told me so they would get my money. I called dozens and dozens of times for nearly a year and I have been told nothing but lies, if they had nothing to hide they would have called me back, I believe I might have been called back once, if that, so I will have to give a one star for terrible follow up, that being customer service, simply lying to a customer, and for wasting my hard earned money. I hate giving bad reviews, as I work in the customer service industry myself, but I do not want anyone making the same mistake I did. I will keep on calling back, and giving the team opportunities to correct themselves, and I will give updates. Awful car buying experience. They do not do proper safety on cars and thus should be shut down! They are crooks who sell horrible cars hoping to get away with it. I already have to replace a transmission, fix brakes, and replace two hoses for the cooling system. Their incompetent mechanics couldn't even be bothered to change a signal light, which would not of passed a safety. This place doesn't even deserve one star and it should be shut down. read more

Do NOT waste your time financing through this company. The employees are very professional and kind but the financing company is a joke. I got my car almost 3 weeks ago, and they STILL haven't processed my paper work. I have the car in my possession and they are still haven't processed the paper work to put through payments. The financing company is getting rude, and snarky with me because I'm frustrated with how backwards and unprofessional they are acting. Texting me for documents and papers. And giving snarky reply's. NOT IMPRESSED! If you're there to buy a car upfront by all means, but don't waste your time financing. Waited 2 whole days (coming an hour outside the city) TO RECIEVE PAPAERWORK, and now we have to resign paperwork because it wasn't sent through in time.. do not waste your time with the financing part of this company. Typical sleaszebag sales person approach with this company. Asked a salesperson named Tyler through their Facebook ad if a certain vehicle was available to view and made an appointment to see it the next day. I live an hour away and when I got in he gave me a BS excuse that the vehicle "just sold". He then tried to sell me a POS version of the one advertised. I left almost immediately. And obviously this is the mentality passed down from management/ownership. I don't trust their workers so I definitely wouldn't trust their vehicles. Horrible and rude staff. Never made it as far as purchasing a vehicle because the moment I asked for the so called inspection report I got a rude and sarcastic comment. Basically it's cold out so if I want it inspected, go look at the car myself. So the inspection they claim that they already did clearly did not exist. Big red flag in my books!
