We set a date I took off that day and in the morning they call to postpone it, saying they have some more urgent call, no respect for my time. The technician came and told me that one of the unit need a new blow motor. As far as the 2nd unit it was working perfectly well before they "serviced it" 2 hours after the technician left the system shut down and I noticed that the pan below the system which was bone dry was full of water water the technician said that I need a new drain line which they will charge $1000, Called other companies and replacing a drain line run $500-$800. The installation was scheduled just a few days later. We had both the inside and outside units replaced. The crew arrived around 9:00 a.m. and finished shortly after 2:00 p.m. One of the heater components that was delivered was incorrect, but we were informed that the technician would return with the correct part. The installers were friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I chatted with them a few times throughout the day, and they worked efficiently to get everything completed. The installation also included a new thermostat, with the cost. Now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that our electric bill will drop significantly.
