Mike and his wife came to our Mobile home in Havasu Springs and did an incredible job of cleaning our carpet and 2 runners. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Our carpet is over 20yrs old and after the cleaning it looked very clean and very fresh. Mike and his wife were very nice, we believe his pricing was fare and if you like a good joke Mike is full of them. We will be using MD carpet cleaning again and highly recommend them. read more

Talked to Mike from MD carpet cleaning and he came to quote us. Of course he brought the urine detecting light, which I already knew there would be piss all over. Thing is, we've been Parker residents for over 25 yrs, but he really knows how to ask those questions to nail in if you are a vacation home owner or 'if my kids go to school' here. So the price of 3 bdrms, and 1 12'x9' rug was $375 for us. I really thought it was super high (considering I get an entire 3 bdrm carpeted house in LA for $250, but that's the city and competition is high). This is the big BUT, there is no one else better in Parker AZ. After he busted his high powered, truck mounted, scrubber/sprayer I was sold. IF YOU SEE THOSE DEEP CLEANING SWIRLS IN YOUR CARPET, YOU KNOW IT'S CLEAN!! and Mike delivered! Seriously, if you think he quotes high, you really won't regret the work. You get what u paid for and more! We were on a home detailing/spring cleaning/repairs & maintenance mode, so I did a VERY CLOSE inspection while redoing the baseboards in the house. I noticed some VERY SMALL (pretty insignificant, like 4 carpet threads only) urine/dirt stains still on the carpet, but it was those very small pesky corners that you can't even reach with a vacuum hose. I just hand scrubbed them which cleaned right off since the carpets were treated so beautifully by Mike. Honestly, we are a family with obsessive compulsive disorders where everything has to be perfectly in order and can spot a stain a mile away. I have a better adjective, but I don't want my review to be deleted.LOL. An** retentative. IF MIKE MADE US HAPPY, it means he basically delivered us brand new carpets! read more

While he's definitely not the cheapest, the end results were what one would expect from a professional carpet cleaning company. The carpets had some pet issues and visually ugly areas in front of where the sofa sat and around the beds. THE B-E-S-T!!!! Now this is a PROFESSIONAL! Unlike a couple others between Blythe CA & Parker AZ that call themselves professional but show up to clean w a tank they roll in the house that's nothing more than a glorified steam cleaner u see in Wal-Mart. MD/Mike Dolan cleans by pre-treating stains. He uses different hoses & a massive motor that powers the pressurized water tank & reservoir so big it needs a 1/2 semi to carry them. His company uses the newest technology & equipment to get the job done. Esp. dog urine & pet odors. The cleaning solution is a commercial brand that works w the enzymes in urine not just neutralizing & deodorizing BUT actually KILLING the enzymes. MD's method is scientific! Leaving bright, fresh brand new smelling carpet! I'm THRILLED & so PLEASED w the results. I planned on replacing the carpet this fall BUT I won't have to now. The carpets in our Mobile (on Parker Dam Road) needed cleaning, and this is the second time I have used MD Carpet cleaning. The first time we weren't even here, and walking in with the carpets clean and dry was wonderful. Today I was home, and as usual Mike is trustworthy, has marvelous, powerful steam cleaning equipment, and saves us from having to replace the carpets when the grandkids have spills during their many visits. He is prompt, answers his own phone, and follows through on what he says he'll do. Mike was very easy to contact and to arrange a time for his estimate. He has fair pricing and was able to come the very next day to our RV park in Parker Dam,CA with no reservations at all. He wad on time. He cleaned 4 trailers and 1 motorhome. Some units included couches and bench seating to be cleaned. He is very friendly and wants to please his customers.
