Super rude staff. Caught major attitude from the staff. Wouldn't even see me for Xrays.

By far the slowest urgent care around. Unless you have hours to wait by yourself in the waiting room find somewhere else

I had called the ambulance service at the instruction of my doctor's office (cardiologist) as I was experiencing palpitations with chest pain. The ambulance personnel had inserted an IV into a vein so that was done before I arrived at the hospital. Basically, I was treated well, and my medical needs attended to. I am writing to advise you that at the conclusion of my visit to the ER I was disconnected from the various monitors and tubing. At that time, the nurse yanked the iv out of my arm, quite noticeably painfully, slapped a band-aid on the wound and said I was free to go with instructions to call my physician. When I arrived at home and was settling down from the excitement, I realized that I had an egg size lump on the side of my wrist and that my arm was black from the wrist to nearly 4" from my elbow. I am told that this is a hematoma. The nurse that extracted the iv from my arm without care seems ti have been ignorant of the fact that I am taking Eliquis and that that the extraction should be more closely watched and that an elastic sleeve should have been used. It has been nearly a month and I am notifying you of this careless act by your ER employee because I still have evidence of this careless act by your employee.

Do NOT take your kids here. I brought my 16-month-old in last night with classic croup symptoms and…read morewas completely brushed off. The provider, Michael Morganstein, immediately said "absolutely not" before even assessing her and offered no real explanation. Because she wasn't actively coughing in the office, I showed him a video from right before we came in. He told me she was just "clearing her throat" -- but a 16-month-old cannot consciously clear their throat. They also scanned her forehead for a temperature and told me it was 98° something. I understand they don't do rectal temp checks there, but a forehead scanner should not be over four degrees off. I told them it was way off just by feeling how hot she was against my chest. Sure enough, when we got home (just 10 minutes later), her temperature was 102.2. Originally he told me he isn't as concerned with her having any bacterial infections because she doesn't have a fever since their thermometer read 98, so I called to inform them thinking maybe he would think differently now knowing her ACTUAL temperature. I was told I could bring her back in right this second for "re-evaluation" because they are about to close in 10 minutes, but that Michael Morganstein wasn't going to change his plan of care. This morning at 10:30, her pediatrician immediately confirmed it was croup just by hearing her talk, and also mentioned croup is currently going around. The difference in care was night and day. On top of that, I was worried about her oxygen. Their pediatric pulse ox read 75% on both her finger and toe. Instead of taking it seriously, they brushed it off, said the reading "wasn't right," and never re-checked or addressed her oxygen again during the visit. Michael Morganstein ignored me as a parent, dismissed my child, and could have delayed important care. This place is unsafe, and I would never trust them with my child again.

They called me back and said they denied my refill because I had to be seen. On Wednesday they called me and said they would go ahead and fill it but I had to come in on the 26th and be seen. So I called the pharmacy back and they said no it was denied. So I called back the doctors office and try to get a hold of someone there in the nurses area for two days I left messages. No call back. I call on Thursday and on Friday and still get no resolution. I had a conversation with the receptionist On Friday where I said I could just make an appointment for Saturday and come in. She said you can come in on Saturday it's more walk in appointments, but I would go ahead and come in that would be the best way to get your prescription refilled. So I show up on Saturday morning at 9 AM when they open, and I am the first one there. I hear the male nurse in the back coughing and sounds sick but poor guy was at work anyway. I go into see the doctor and before I went in there I was talking to the nurse and asking him about the other things I wanted to ask them about while I was there. He said it would be best to talk to the doctor about those things. So this PA-C Joseph Burke comes in and immediately has an attitude with me. I was asking him about some other issues and he got upset because he didn't want to answer any other questions he just wanted me to refill my prescription and go. He would only full it for two weeks because he said i need blood work! So I pay another $40? I thought since I was there I would get my three month Prescription since I was in the office, but he continued to get mad at me because he had more people in the waiting room. I told him that the receptionist said it would be better if I came in on Saturday and he said she was mistaken that she only works eight hours a week and she doesn't know. I told him I had been working on this all week trying to get in and he said I should've been planning this a lot sooner. I was trying to get a sleep aid refilled and he was treating me like I was trying to get some drugs from him or something. I told him that I did try to get in sooner that week and that because of their inconsistencies I was misled and I told him I was going to look for a new office to go to, and he said that's exactly what you should do. He said I filled your prescriptions and it's time for you to go and walked out of the room. Basically left me upset and crying while leaving the office. I felt like some kind of criminal. Then he sends my prescriptions off to a different pharmacy than the one on my chart. It's a good thing I checked first I checked first before going to pick it up I told this guy his bedside manner was horrible and he should consider other work and he just smirked at me. This guy should not be in medicine. It's pretty bad when you get shamed for having insomnia. I've been on this medication for years. Nobody should be treated like this when they pay $40 for an office visit and over $300 a month for insurance! On a sidenote, I did grab some Aleve p.m. from the pharmacy when I went to pick up my prescription because I don't want to be treated like that ever again. I took that last night and it's basically turned me into a zombie for the whole next day. I can't understand how this would be better than my prescription. But it's still better than being treated like crap!
