I went to this location for a pinched nerve in my neck with pain shooting down my arm. After much searching on his computer, the PA offered me Tylenol. I asked him if I was going to get a steroid shot and he said we only use that for radiculopathy. My response was "pain shooting down my arm, isn't considered radiculopathy???". He said well I could give you steroids, but I don't think it could help you. I then decided to walk out. When I requested my co-pay back, I received a letter in the mail stating that the treatment I received was appropriate and they would not be returning my co-pay. DO NOT go here. Everyone, from the desk staff, to the nurses, PAs, and MDs have been consistently pleasant if not legit friendly, always professional, and even efficient when they're not 10 patients deep by the time I get there. I've never known a doctor's office where that is true for the whole (most places are ruined by desk staff drunk on gatekeeping power but too lazy or incompetent to fax in an Rx or get a message to the doc). I've even gotten calls from the MDNow PA the next day to make sure I was progressing as expected! This place is horrible. The wait is incredibly long even if you do early check in. Once taken back you wait even longer. I have been here twice and each time misdiagnosed or something was missed. From having my kid with a broken wrist and said nothing was wrong to having my extremely sick kid told nothing was wrong. Each time putting a random diagnosis on the discharge and not talking about it at all. Then having to go to a new place the next day to find out they were super sick. Example the doctor said I should get a better thermometer or learn how to take a temp and then said my daughter sounded fine- next day she ended up with 103 temp again (5 days in a row) with pneumonia and needed urgent medicine. Don't go here the manager also will argue with you and they do not refund even if you get fake diagnosed. read more

While visiting from out of town our daughter came down with a sore throat and fever. We brought her in to rule out the big things (strep, flu, etc) and check in was efficient and easy. My visit here was a waste of time and money. I was terribly sick. This was the second worse sickness I have ever had. I went in explaining my problems and was ignored. The person I saw was not a doctor, he was a PA. So I assume he just doesn't have the experience yet. The assistant put on the paperwork that my pain was at a level 3 when I was never asked. I don't know how she thought she could read my mind. If I had been asked I would have said an 8. I went the next morning to MY doctor who I have a long history with. I was prescribed 5 medications and they wouldn't let me leave without doing a breathing treatment for a severe case of bronchitis. Anyone working at an urgent care center need to be more in tune to the people who come here sick. I work in the healthcare field and was talked down to like I knew nothing. I was also lied to by the PA. Lies and incorrectly filling out paperwork are huge red flags. I won't be back. read more

I just wanted to say my wife and I came here expecting a great experience and everyone was super nice. They treated me well but my problem was after being treated my wife was lead on couples weeks and had received a surprise bill after being told and confirmed that her insurance would be accepted. Are you going to sit there and tell us that it is going to cost $500 just to get checked on to see if she had the flu or Covid?? My wife had called ahead and spoke to a receptionist and she had confirmed that they they accepted her insurance and also had to only pay $40 copay. We get billed weeks later for an outstanding amount and for them to say my insurance did not cover it. AGAIN she only went in just to check and see if she had the FLU/COVID. We could have instead just went to our local pharmacy and bought a covid test and had done it ourselves if we had known this.This specific locations seems to be just a bunch of money moochers who will take advantage of people who are genuinely seeking care. On their website they say they accept my insurance and I also went in and they approved my insurance. I get billed weeks later for an outstanding amount and for them to say my insurance did not cover it. I went in for uti symptoms on a weekend before work since my doctors office was closed and it wasn't serious enough for me to wait in the ER. I have a regular doctor, therefore they should not have billed my visit as a routine or annual visit. It was a serious thing because utis left untreated can turn into something more. I went here expecting to be helped and billed correctly because it was urgent. They said I only needed to pay a $50 fee. I was in pain and I had to go to work and needed it taken care of. This has also happened to a friend of mine who visited here. They are not honest about accepting your insurance and their website is incorrect. Check in was a nightmare especially since I was ill and vomiting. Since it was the weekend they couldn't even confirm they take my insurance so they placed a $40 on my card for "good faith." But I was called back almost immediately after turning in my paperwork. Was triaged by the nurse and the PA came in and discussed with me treatment. Was seen in a timely manner. Pharmacies were closed as it was late, so when they opened back up I realized that my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I did have to call back to have them change it but once again was very fast on turnaround. read more

Even though their website states "when UNEXPECTED injuries arise, trust our team to treat. Walk in now" .... make sure as a patient you gather all of your belongings, ID's and have time to scan QR codes & upload documents in addition to filling out physical paperwork prior to being seen. Upon entry with a 2nd degree burn I advised the "registration" person (who's entire job is to tell you to scan a code) that I hadn't grabbed my license while running out of the house in extreme pain. And this person let me go through the entire process of signing in while crying in pain just to say "oh we can't see you without your ID, 20 minutes after telling her I didn't have it. I expected better from one of the only medical facilities out East, but I will never be returning. read more

From Cat who checked me in and out, to Jim who took my vitals and PA Nolan Duffy who rendered my care, the care was great and the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. Everyone had such a good attitude and we were in and out in no time AND TODAY I AM 50% BETTER. With so many in the area, just wanted to share my experience at this location.
