I recently returned to the office for a follow-up visit after being diagnosed with the flu B, as my symptoms had worsened and I was concerned about the possibility of developing pneumonia. While the doctor was reassuring, attentive, and ultimately grateful that I came back in to be re-evaluated, my interaction with the medical assistant, Liz, was unfortunately disappointing. Liz appeared visibly annoyed from the start and rushed through her questions without much care or attentiveness. When I tried to explain why I had returned--out of concern for my worsening symptoms--she rolled her eyes and dismissively responded, "well, you have the flu." This felt unprofessional and invalidating, especially given that I was following prior guidance to come back if things didn't improve. Healthcare settings can be stressful for patients, and bedside manner matters just as much as clinical care. A little empathy and patience would have gone a long way in making me feel heard and supported during a time when I was already feeling unwell and obviously anxious! I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving communication and compassion can make a significant difference in patient experience. LOVE the rest of the staff. Never wait too long . I have mixed emotions about this facility but more concerned about the billing. We received very good care on February 9, 2025. I called back about 3 months later to see if we had a balance or owed them any money and we were told "No." 18 months later, we received a bill for $207 from this facility. My husband and I always pay every bill we have. I called about the bill and they told me that it took this long for our PPO insurance to get back to them which I know is not true because I work in billing. 18 months to process a claim? There's something called timely filing. Now we still want to take care of this bill, but unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in January 2026 of this year and we are now drowning in hospital and doctors bills. To have this bill show up a year and a half later was an additional slap in the face. Last, but not least, I visited the facility about 2 weeks ago, and the young lady with very short hair at the front desk was not the friendliest. When I walked up to the counter to speak to her, she kept saying, I can't hear you, well she was wearing earbuds, and I knew that had to be the reason she couldn't hear me. So I spoke louder so she could hear me with her earbuds that she never attempted to take out. She said she couldn't help me, but she saw where I had called last year to find out if there was any payment due. I spoke again, then she said again, she couldn't hear me. I came here for a simple PPD placement for employment. I'm by training a Pulmonology/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner. The front desk was great. 5 stars. Quick efficient no issues. The problem lie with the MA I was assigned to a Illnise Bonhomme. She had issues with my name. I had to spell out John very slowly and one letter at a time. Even spelling it one letter at a time she spelled it Gohm. I had to correct it. I was nervous about her giving me the test if she couldn't spell John right. She got the supplies and then as she was getting ready said ok 1,2,3 and hubbed the needle into my arm subcutaneously and injected. It's a PPD placement it's supposed to be an intradermal test where a wheal(bubble) is produced. She injected it under the skin like it was insulin. I told her she did the test wrong it was subcutaneous not intradermal and she argued with me. I told her I'm an NP and you did the test incorrectly. She said I did it right. Come back in 48-72 hours. I was mad. She blew me off, did not want to learn or correct it. I asked for her supervisor since it now needed to be redone correctly. The NP on call came over and introduced herself. I showed her what happened. Told her it was not an ID but a SQ injection. She could see there's no wheal. She then placed it correctly in my other arm. I tried to show the MA what it should have looked like but instead of looking to see the difference she blew me off and kept walking. I spoke with the administrator that was called and relayed the information. Everyone else at the clinic was great. I would happily see the NP there and the front desk person. I will never let Illnise Bonhomme, MA ever take care of me again. We all make mistakes but to not care you made a mistake, not try to fix the mistake and not try to learn from the mistake is what is most upsetting. read more

Took our granddaughter there a few nights ago for wheezing. She is one. I called ahead to make sure they treat one year olds and if a Dr was on duty. Yes to both. The Dr spent less than 10 min to say yes, he hears a rattle but not sure how to treat it ???? They had already paid the office visit fee up front. The Dr didn't administer any available testing such as RSV, Flu or Covid. The Dr didn't look in her ears or throat. We then went to Nicolas Children's Urgent care and were promptly treated for a severe ear infection. No refund from facility as of yet and more importantly it prolonged getting proper care for the baby which was quite a simple fix. read more

I went to MD Now in Indiantown road yesterday with an eye infection that I also experienced 6 weeks ago. 6 weeks ago it was late and the infection was getting worse pretty quickly so I ended up in Jupiter medical ER. The doc there was really great and gave me two oral antibiotics and the infection was literally nearly gone the next day.. but iof course cost me a small fortune to have to go to the ER. So when the same infection, now in my other eye appeared yesterday, I went to MD Now in Jupiter and told the first provider Barbara the exact meds they gave me and the sucres. Well, she said it was not appropriate to give tow oral meds and gave me one that wasn't even the same as one of the Meds the ER doc gave that worked. When it wasn't even a little bit better today, I called MD now, explained the emote story. Was given the run a wound for 3 hours of even having the new doctor, Dr Dean address this, only for him to turn around and say it's not appropriate to take two orals at the same time. Here's the kicker.. he called in another antibiotic, again, not the same as either of the ones that successfully treated the same condition 6 weeks ago. I asked if I should stop the one I'm on to start the new one... and then told the assistant to tell me to take the TWO! So now I can take two.. but not the two that actually worked that the ER doc had previously prescribed. There is no logic to this. And now I'm stuck with an eye infection spreading into my face and a walk in clinic that dogged me all day and is now contradicting their own logic. DONT GO HERE.. Don't see Dr Dean and certainly don't believe their phone hold message that they are here to respond quickly or make it easier on you. read more

We are now talking to our lawyers about having a malpractice lawsuit against MD Now Urgent Care. My wife went here to have stitches done on her top lip which they took care of and had her come back to remove the stitches, but the incompetent personal didn't realize that she didn't remove all of the stitches. My wife went home for a few days and felt a loose end of a stitch inside of her mouth and went back for a 3rd visit. Now they tell her she needs to go to a plastic surgeon to remove the rest of the stitches because it's all healed around the stitches and can't be removed unless she needs surgery. read more

I went to the clinic because of a skin problem. I saw Dr Corpus. He never smiled, barely said hello and ran out the door while I was still asking him questions. I also believe his diagnosis was incorrect also. Maybe if he had taken more time, I could have gotten the correct diagnosis. I have seen Dr Lieberman before at MD Now and he was GREAT! Very nice and took time to listen. I get it that doctors see awful things and have terrible days, but they have to remember that EVERY patient is important. read more

We are on Vacation from New York. Went in first thing in the morning with a very swollen and painful eyelid that's been getting worse over the last few days. Filled out the information. Then the lady at the desk said she doesn't think they take our insurance. We have Fidelis Madicaid. She said it would be at least $200 to pay out of pocket. We asked if she could make sure, and she said "it's not on our list lemme check the group chat but it's gonna be a noo" in an off putting manner. As a receptionist she should be more friendly and caring to people even if she knows she's right. That's proper working in a customer service position. She wasn't mean or anything but if she's so uncaring first thing in the morning how does she treat people at the end of her shift? We ended up going to the hospital emergency and they had us in and out maybe 40 minutes. They were super nice there and prescribed an antibiotic after checking out my eye. Terrible place. pharmacist never received prescriptions after telling reception two times calling the whole day. next day they picked up phone and kept hanging up. Then after driving to the place they refuse to give a hard copy of prescriptions so need to wait another day hoping pharmacist receives prescription. this place is terrible, go somewhere else. read more

Hello, I brought my mom to this urgent care because she fell and hurt her foot. They performed X-rays and told my mom to put ice on her foot for a few days. The doctor then called and stated that my mom had a chipped bone in her foot and needed to use a cast. They also would not give us a disc of the X-rays and wanted us to go into the patient portal which is not set up. read more

Today I went to MD now because I twisted my ankle on Saturday and I had been in pain with that same foot for a while so I wanted to get an x-ray just to make sure thing was OK. everyone was courteous and polite and answered all my questions. It was relatively inexpensive with my insurance, and I was in and out in about an hour after four x-rays and the relief of knowing that it wasn't broken and just a bad sprain I would recommend this location to anybody who has any kind of minor medical problem and needs to be seen it's a lot better than going to the ER read more
