Absolutely a headache to deal with. To begin with he gave an estimate for the wrong address. I should have stopped there. Then I had to checkup and verify they were receiving my mail and that the address they had gave me was correct because they were unable to find the letter I sent. Communication is a concept unknown concept to them. They will fight you tooth and nail to not admit they were wrong. I had people show up at my door without notice to drop materials and the company had no idea how long the work would take. Absolutely insane! Their resource and logistics management is slump at best, and customer service leaves a lot to talk about. IMPORTANT: The workers do an excellent job. They replaced the roofing a year ago June. We notice a small stain on the kitchen ceiling , called and Carl was out this morning . He found a loose end cap on the roof vent probably the result of the Hurricanes. In the matter of 15 minutes it was repaired! Great prompt professional Service. read more

We bought an older home in Aug 2017, that had a new roof in Dec 2016. While replacing soffit at the back of the house I found a piece of plywood that appeared rotten and I feel should have been replaced when they re-roofed in 2016..... I called and spoke to Pat, I believe the owner and explained this issue. He was super helpful and assured me they would take care of it. 10 days later one of his guys came by, cut out the offending plywood and replaced and redid the shingles..... THAT'S customer service. He could have said "oh well" but instead stepped up and took care even though it was the previous owner who replaced the roof. If I can get that from a local company, someone who stands behind their work, I'll support that company all day long, thank you guys. read more

Do not use this roofer. The company changed names and ownership to avoid warranty issues in the last 10 years. i have a 7 year roof from Foster that failed due to lack of sealant around the perimeter. The first repair was covered under warranty ( year 3 )The 2nd repair was paid out of pocket. Repairs are starting to fail. Beware and do your research. read more

Four years ago, I made a very very expensive repair to my roof with Foster's. I was told that repair would take an entire day, but they were only on the roof for an hour. Now I find out that the repair they made wasn't correctly done and caused much more damage. Thank God another reputable roofer came in and was able to make needed repairs. read more

Had a roof installed November 2015. It has been leaking into my kitchen ceiling for four years. I have had four associates out. Now that I finally get the estimate for the repair which is $425, the manager tells me it's not the same company. That brother died and this brother will not fix your ceiling. Nobody mentioned that each time in associate came out and diagnose the leak as in nail pop, a bent shingle, put tar around vent just in case, and finally the vent was not installed properly. Less than a year ago, I paid to have a leak in my roof fixed. They sent a team out to fix the leak which they said was done correctly. Needless to say, it was not. I noticed as short time later my wall was wet again and called them back. They again sent there supposed A Team back and after 15 minutes, they said they found the leak and fixed it. Well, here we are again and I have had them back no less than 6 times with no luck. My walls are damaged, my roof still leaks and the refuse to call me back. The girl who answers the phone is lucky she's a family member because she could never work at a real company where she had to be nice and on the ball. Anyway, don't waste your time, money and frustration on Fosters Roofing unless you want to hire an attorney like I did and sue them in court! read more

Worst roofers ever if I had the chance to do it again they wouldn't roof my dogs house. after three nails in my tires and my yard looking like a hurricane went thru it for three days after they promised it would only be two days. The roof job was subpar the crew did more time sitting in my lawn furniture than working and thought my yard tools where there tools to work with, instead of working one day they worked on there personal vehicle at my house on the job! so if you ask my opinion call gilieos roofing out of lakeland much better. read more
