Once I got in, I saw her teaching another customer about the different types of hair and what to expect. She even helped me pick the best hair for me. While I was picking up my hair I decided to browse around and found some great clusters and glue, truly better than the ones I get on Amazon. I'll be a repeat customer for my next hair purchase. Ciosha (stylist) has mad skills with mixed hair and natural styling. I followed her from her other location because she slays on hair. She is so wonderful, kind and an amazing stylist. Her work is brilliant!!! She makes me feel wonderful after a haircut. I used to be very cautious and nervous because I have random cowlicks. She has my hair figured out. I don't have to worry anymore about my hair being uneven or if I'm going to find a random long strand and have to come back. Thank goodness. They said they couldn't do a design on her nails cause she wasn't getting gel, they could only use stickers? My pedicure was mediocre, I've never had a tech immediately go in with an electric file. I guess she assumed I had gel on my toenails? I paid for the pamper me pedi, but it felt very basic. The pedicure itself was sloppy. My daughter's pedicure was good. However her manicure chipped in a day. I get that regular polish chips much more quickly than gel, but if they only want to work with gel polish, then they shouldn't offer regular polish. I was disappointed in the end. It felt like we were being penalized for not getting gel. Even though we had an appointment, I felt like we were in the way. I'm so sad, I really thought I had found my nail shop.
