I called on Dr. Howard when I could sense multiple alarms going off on the right side of my mouth. I have suffered decades of traumatizing dental restoration in progress on the left side already. I was a nervous wreck walking into the office after 8 years in dental hiding. Scheduling was super easy, though you need to call well in advance because he is very busy and popular. When I arrived the team was optimistic, calming and reassuring. My mouth xrays revealed the near-Apocalypse that I feared, but there was NO SHAMING or pressure. Just clear information and a plan of attack for my three worst teeth. Dr. Howard made it clear he would do all he could to save my teeth and keep me comfortable. He was upfront about the risks and what we needed to do. He totally delivered. Thank you! Needle-phobes, calm your nerves and call this dentist. Numbing was so slow and gentle and I'm the biggest wimp about it. SERIOUSLY! I wore headphones and listened to music on my phone during my visits. Cringe at the thought and sound of drilling? Redirect your attention to the sound of his pleasant whistling and friendly chatter with his wonderful dental assistant. Don't worry--Dr. Howard has you and it's going to be ok. He lets you know everything that he is doing, how it's going, how far there is to go, and is just so reassuring. Absolutely no pain or discomfort during or after numbing. NONE!!! The third procedure was the most difficult and he let me know it. However, I was the most relaxed of all because by then I knew I was in good hands. He saved my teeth. THANK YOU! The front office staff acts like you did something wrong when that same person made the appointment a month in advance and gave us an appointment card. Today notified of appointment is tomorrow when scheduled for next week. Very frustrating! Supervisor needs to be aware! Bad business practice!

He has always been very fair in pricing his services. In 2017 I had an accident falling face down while jogging at night. I lost several teeth and had 4 teeth in my upper jaw bent backwards. I never thought anything can be done for these teeth other than extract them. But Dr. Kluge confidently bent them back to their original position, supported them with braces for a couple of months followed by invisialine for another 3 months. He built a bridge to substitute for the lower lost teeth. When people see my teeth no one believes me when I tell them about Dr. Kluge's wonderful work until I prove it with photos. After having a few appointments with Dr. Borowski, we couldn't be happier. First off, our last dentist tried to talk my wife into a lot of work they claimed she needed. One of the things they claimed she would need was a crown. She decided to wait for a second opinion. Dr. Borowski determined that only half of what was suggested by our last dentist was even necessary. She determined that the idea of her needing a crown was just plain absurd. Second, I had been told by my last dentist that I fit the criteria of what they called a periodontal patient. To sum it up, at least from my lay-men prospective, it meant that I would have to come in every 3 months instead of every six months. I was told that my gums were receding and I listened to their purported measurements as they were read aloud by my old dentist. Dr. Borowski's measurements were all in the good range only 3 months after my last appointment. I have heard that one of the way DHMO's make their money is to talk their patients into having "deep cleanings" whenever possible. This was not the case with Dr. Borowski. One of the nice things Dr. Borowski did for my wife was to grab a blanket for her when she noticed she was cold. It's was a simple, but kind gesture and something I would have never expected from any of our previous dentists. Something else of note is that she does not use amalgam silver fillings; she only uses the white fillings. Bottom line: I feel Dr. Borowski is trustworthy, and for me that is the most important criteria when choosing a dentist. I can feel comfortable that whatever procedure is suggesting is something I actually need and not what will net the most profit for the dental office. I know when I make an appointment I will be treated by Dr. Borowski, and not by a randomly assigned dental assistant I've never met before. I will be a loyal patient of Dr. Borowski for a long time to come.

The dental hygienist were also great. The dentist office had newer equipment and I sincerely enjoyed going to the dental office. However, as time passed I went in and a different dentist would attend me without explanation. Going to the dentist is already an unpleasant thing, and having a doctor I was unfamiliar with attend me without notice was something I didn't like. He seemed to get frustrated on one occasion when a crown would not sit properly in my mouth. They had to do another 3 d scan and remake it. I don't remember his name anymore, but I do remember feeling a bit uneasy in his care. At first I would get reminders and as time went on I began to have issues with my appointment not being scheduled properly. I would have to call to set up appointments because the staff failed to make them. The last straw for me was when I went in because of grinding my teeth and I was just rushed over to go see a specialist across the hall. I felt i was expected to understand the dental process, when I didn't, and I felt like staff was upset that I didn't want to make a decision when I didn't understand the process. I ended up changing dentist after that experience. The new dentist I went to explained it to me in a way I could understand. Now I wear a night retainer to alleviate some of the pressure on my teeth.
