Deborah is conveniently located, (for me anyways) the shop is small but clean and friendly. Have you ever walked into a big fancy salon to ask a question? Take a number because most are overpriced and rude. Deborah is so nice and personal and for me, that's what its all about. She is able to accept visa which was very convenient- as a lot of smaller salons do not. Her prices were the most reasonable Ive ever seen and her work is superior! The day of my appointment, my sitter fell through and I had to bring my daughter along. Although my daughter is very well behaved, most people would probably have been frustrated with this- but not her. She was patient and sweet and even sewed my daughters shoe back together after the strap broke in the parking lot on the way in! haha! I had already had my eyebrows done about two years ago, and they were already faded, and not only were they different shapes but one was slightly higher than the other!!! I remember the first experience being quite painful so was very surprised when I felt no pain what-so-ever during the procedure with Deborah. She was able to make my eyebrows the perfect shade, perfect shape, and perfectly even! I couldn't be happier with the results. Don't be discouraged by the lack of gallery pictures. She just respects her clients privacy and feels it would be intrusive to take before and after pictures as a lot of her clients are elderly and wouldn't appreciate it. 5 stars Deborah!! Do not go past the lower edge of my shoulders. Now now that my hair has settled after I left the salon. It's cut all the way up to my neck. It's about 3 inches too short my hair is atrocious. I have an event to go to in less than two weeks and now I'm gonna have to go get extensions put in my hair to make my hair look normal. I was using the address listed on the Groupon to find the location, but it was not complete. The business was located within another store front. I drove all over the strip mall trying to find this place. I eventually found another brow place in the same mall. When I went inside and sat down, but it wasn't Brown & Esthetics. I got back in my car and tried to call to let her know I was lost but I could only get a voice mail. On the voice mail it said they were in the same location as Med Spa. Due to all the running around I was 10 min late for my appointment. She was gone after only 10 min. I tried to call again from the lobby and once I got in my car. She finally called me back and I was told she only gives clients 10 min. I confirmed my appointment 3 times via text message and 1 time on email. It isn't my fault that the address wasn't listed correctly on the Groupon. I even texted her a copy of the address listed because she said there wasn't an error on Groupon. I wanted to try brow tinting for quite some time. I have very little eyebrows. With the Groupon this would have allowed me to get them done. I'm very disappointed with the whole process.
