Mixed bag here. My husband booked me for a massage, mani, and pedi as a treat. The massage was amazing. I highly recommend the massages here. The nail appointment was a disaster. The stylist was rude from the beginning when I first walked in and I was pretty bummed to find out she'd be the one to do my nails. I asked for a price menu so I could budget in some hair appointments and she seemed offended by the question. The pedi chair was cheap and uncomfy and didn't have the standard massage function most pedi chairs have. She refused to do any nail art. She cut my nails dry which is painful and got bitchy when I complained about it. I got uncomfy with her and asked her to just throw some nail polish on so I could leave and she was rude as hell about that. She immediately put top coat onto wet polish and soaked me down with drying drops. She polished them without letting me get my flip flops on first so I had to limp out barefoot. She was hostile, unskilled and just an awful person. I should not have been charged for the pedicure as she barely did anything. read more
