It's The Twilight Zone and even Mr. Spot is entertained :-)
    Barrett O.

So we are caught up in all of our regular shows so tonight, after dinner, we tuned in MeTV. We've watched Columbo, Ed Sullivan, Carol Burnett, Flip Wilson, Dick Van Dyke and finishing with The Twilight Zone. These are shows that we have been watching for 60+ years and how fun and refreshing tonight has been with TV that actually made us laugh without the noise, nice. MeTV, Memorable Entertainment Television is America's #1 all classic television network. Since 2005, MeTV has been showing memorable and iconic programs. When MeTV began broadcasting they were only seen locally in Chicago. By 2008 their viewership extended to Milwaukee as well, and by 2010 MeTV was launched nationally. Today they're broadcasting throughout the country on 177 + affiliates covering over 96% of the country. We get them out of Mobile on WKRG 6.3, which like many markets is part of the over-the-air digital channels that may or may not be available on cable packages. The are some of the shows regularly broadcast daily, the ones I grew up on: The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Twilight Zone, The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, The Fugitive, Mission: Impossible, Dragnet, My Three Sons, Leave It to Beaver, Perry Mason, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Rifleman, Wagon Train, Adam-12, The Andy Griffith Show, Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C., ,Green Acres, Hogan's Heroes, Mannix, Cannon, Happy Days, The Carol Burnett Show, Star Trek, Giligan's Island, Love Boat, The Honeymooners, Columbo and even Ed Sullivan and more. Bottom line: Classic TV is a nice change, I highly recommend it :-) https://www.metv.com/

Many of the classic shows from our childhood. Love watching this station, just wish I could use the Chromecast with their app.

please stop changing the programming on the weekend nights…read more I watch your channel every single night from 9 o'clock till 1 AM. On Saturday night I am scrambling for something to watch before I go to bed. Older people who love to go to sleep to your comedies find it really challenging on Saturday night. The very shows that put us to sleep every night are missing. Take a survey if you want and most of us viewers, especially the older ones we like to watch the same thing every night. Also, I DESPISE THE NEW SHOW YOU PUT ON CALLED GHOSTS! Please take it off the air. I will be watching WTTW until you do. That show should be on another channel or at 3 AM. Please do not put it on before I go to bed. It's disconcerting, and I find it disgusting. I love your channel and I got everybody hooked on the nighttime line. Please move that golf show to some other time or channel. Please, please please please please please please please please? You're a loyal your, Carole CAT-LOTTA

Nonetheless, there are several reasons why you should tune into CBS 2 news every now and then: Number One is investigative reporter Pam Zekman, a munchkin of an elderly woman with thinning hair who has been at Channel 2 since color came to television. The sharpness of Pam's coordinated wardrobe is trumped only by the incisiveness of her reporting: she once simulated falling hardware from the 'L' structure by dropping a huge nail on a cantaloupe from 20 feet up. Number Two: Channel 2's salacious teasers and vapid reporting look splendid in 1080p. The station has taken a cue from crime television and each of their promos spots lure viewers to find out what happens with crystal clear video and dramatic narration. While many of CBS 2's stories are ridiculous--I can't count the number of times I've seen Dorothy Tucker do stories that involve a trip to Walgreen's--you've got a front row seat and a crystal clear view of Chicago's latest scams and deals. Number Three: Walter Jacobson's back. Walter offers his Perspective on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and he has yet to re-master the teleprompter or offer any real insight into current events. At this point, Walter is more Andy Rooney than Mike Royko. Number Four: Kristyn Hartmann. What planet is this woman from? Where did she learn to speak English with those remarkably unique inflections. It's all very dramatic and she's at her best during the post-segment banter with Rob Johnson. With the recent departure of Anne State, there's only one strangely hyper-emotive female reporter. And this one is perfect.

Well you can't with CBS 2 Chicago...because their phone number now belongs to Paramount+...and their reporters don't publish their email addresses...so I'm going to report my breaking news to one of their competitors instead...‍
