I communicated that clearly when her team reached out and also shared that I intended to return next year. At that point, I was explicitly told I would be **deleted from the system** and treated as a new client because I did not file with them this year, despite a 6 year client relationship. That included being placed on a waitlist, paying significantly higher fees, and no longer working with Kristina directly, but instead being reassigned to someone else on her team. What made this particularly frustrating is that this is not a large corporate structure where policies are fixed or inflexible. This is her business, and these are policies that have been recently introduced and are fully within her control.
