Worst place to leave, be ready to pay 3 bedroom almost 3000 of rent! Plus fees water, trash, sewer.. apartments are always leaking water from the ac that are really old and broken, you will have water everywhere, fly everywhere outside from the pals because they never clean them, poop of dog everywhere since people dont use the dog parks and never clean, garbage is full every saturday that you can even walk and they send email to keep your garbage at home! Dont think that you will have a peace ful move they will take everything, and they will charge 8000 month to month if you dont do contract with yhem again. Everymonth they have plumbing issue and you get the water shut for hours and hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! People selling drugs!!! read more

I just think Meadow Lakes is the definition of "Home Sweet Home". I travel for work so I have lived quite a few places. When I pull into my parking spot and walk into my apartment I just get that immediate relief of being at home. You don't get feeling everywhere. I love my high ceilings and huge apartment. The floor plan really makes me feel like I am in a house instead of an apartment. Coming from Michigan, I also enjoy being able to sit by the pool and enjoy the Florida weather! They have a pet park for your furry friends, a 24-hour gym, and a bunch of other amenities I hope to get to in the near future. The reason why I am giving 5 stars though is because the office staff really brings Meadow lakes all together. They have always been nice and helpful since I first visited. I know I won't be able to stay forever due to my job but I definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking in Naples. It's near 75 as well so makes for an easy commute! read more

Lived here for 2 years and it was the darkest time of my life in big part from how miserable I was living in these apartments. When you first view them they seem pleasant enough and the staff will lie through their teeth to you. There will advertise: - New tubs--NOT new. They are simply painted over and WILL chip over time and you'll have to call them to repaint over and over again. - Hardwood floors-- NO. they are the cheapest linoleum you can find and will get damaged easily and so, so dirty. -Free pest control--NO! I once accidentally walked in on the extermination guy and he said "dont worry about it I'll just be a minute", he came in, sprayed something under the stove twice and then walked out. That's the extent of the pest control service. Additionally... - Mold EVERYWHERE. Our AC started leaking and growing mold and they just painted over it!!!!!! Once we started looking, we found it in the bathrooms, in the AC (which is right next to the kitchen pantry, btw), and some of the bedrooms. - Roaches EVERYWHERE. Do NOT get up in the middle of the night or you will see giant roaches all over your stuff. Its disgusting. I got into lots of fights with the front desk management because they were so catty and rude. Its that overly sweet, superficial, hateful tone. You know the one. Couldn't stand it. We personally knew of an apartment right by ours that was housing around 7 people in a 3 bedroom (all guys that were trying to scrape by in this ridiculously expensive community), and we had complaints from them for having someone over for more than a week (a friend visiting from out of state, for a total of 4 people in 3 bedrooms). The thing that stands out most was when they converted the small playground into a "dog park". It was a small, gated square barely bigger than my living room now (10ftx10ft) and with a mulch cover. Have you ever stepped foot in mulch permeated by dog pee? There was no natural drainage (there was a plastic bottom), and so the pee would just fester there. When it rained there would be several inches of rain water mixed with whatever else was in there. It was horrific and I'm pretty sure it's medically hazardous to step foot in. Things got so bad in this place I was honestly starting to believe I was the problem--not the case. I have moved somewhere else and have 0 complaints here and have a friendly relationship with management (almost 1 year). Meadow Lakes apartments would be a good price for MAYBE 1k a month. MAYBE. But at their current price it is an absolute robbery. Look elsewhere! read more

This is a honest review that came from a year of experience, read the entire thing so you learn what a nightmare this place is, I don't typically write reviews but I don't want anyone else to get stuck in this situation that we did. This is one of the worst places to rent from DO NOT move here. It doesn't even feel safe at all, I don't even feel safe outside here alone, even during mid-day, there is also some suspicious activity that occurs here and reported drug use, several years ago two people were killed here... Also don't even feel comfortable having windows open bc everyone's always peering in, zero privacy if the windows are open so you're forced with barely any natural lighting. Don't believe any reviews that are positive because they are either written by the employees, written by customers who want their deposit back and as soon as people move here they are asked to leave a review, so they never got the true taste of this place when they wrote their review. It is extremly overpriced for what they have to offer and any claims about "high end" or "luxury" are complete lies. First, the "hardwood" flooring is some cheap plastic-like material with ridges throughout it, which makes it difficult to clean, uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. When we first came here and toured the sample apartment it felt nice and the employees were what seemed to care about the customer's needs, and the prime location was why we rented in the first place but it was a tour of lies. One of the reviews said they would at most pay 1k per month and this place is definitely not worth any more than that, but we were expected to pay 2500 a month, incredibly greedy and they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, they don't care about you, they care about your wallet. There's also a hoard of stray cats, which we called about before but they have done nothing to provide them with a shelter and the cats were always fighting. Someone stole parts of our car and we never get our parking spot & are expected to pay to park Within the first month of living here, we have had a tremendous amount of problems, the second bathroom's tub had an enormous leak and even leaked into one of the other bedrooms, they fixed it by covering it in Bondo which is just a cheap and quick fix. Also, the tubs are covered in Bondo and always crack repeatedly and they never use a different solution, and it makes an easy place for mold to grow. Then in our master bathroom, the shower leaked so it was reported SEVERAL times but they only put tools in it, left, and never even fixed it so we were paying for a two bathroom apartment but only could use one shower for three people. Don't even get me started about the water, it is not even drinkable, it tastes disgusting and made everyone, including our cat, sick with major stomach issues, it has a foul smell and one time there was a chunk of something that came out of it. The water also has weird black flakey things in it quite often, so we are always required to haul in a ton of gallons/bottles of water because of this, not to mention it's probably awful for your skin and hair. Also, within a few weeks of living here, our dishwasher broke and everything broke incredibly fast. Next, when we first moved here there was roaches and bugs EVERYWHERE, like it was insanely common to spot one, their "pest control" is absolute garbage because they only come in very rarely when it's supposed to be more often and when they come in they only spray two things and leave after five seconds, to deal with the roaches we had to buy our own raid and spray ourselves since they did an extremely insignificant job, also on the side of our outside wall there was a massive spiderweb which they never took care of. This might not bother everyone, but they never even put ANY decorations up for Christmas time and we were left with the hideous blue lighting on the sign. The pool and pool area is always filthy, sidewalk is janky. Toliet doesn't flush right. The doors look like they would be nice, but they're cheap and flimsy, the dining room isn't even an actual dining room, just somewhere to put a small table. Our stove broke, zero respect for your time, whenever they have something in your apt they show up whenever they feel like it. Our air conditioner always leaks and they suck it out to "fix" the problem but it never actually fixes anything and it makes our apartment stink like mold whenever it is on. Our neighbors are rude, not all of them but, when we first moved here we were smiling and waving at everyone, only for an evil eye in return. The trailer park next door also always plays loud Mexican music all the time, our neighbors made a complaint against us even though at two AM they are stomping and making loud noises upstairs, a car always has there lights on through our bedroom window at night read more

They are owned by a corporate company that only has a corporate agenda and will milk you for every dime that you have. I was sick with Covid for a month, and still they demanded their rent even though I couldn't make it because I was sick and out of work for a month. And because I was playing catch-up on bills after that month out of work I was late a couple times on rent, so when it came time to renew the lease they would not let me renew and I was forced to move. Their corporate agenda also does not give out any kind of security deposit back after your lease is up. If there is any kind of minor damage they will keep your money. I had one Skoff on the laminate floor at the bottom of the stairs which is maybe 2 ft.² of floor and they said The BOTTOM of the carpet was stained and showed me pictures of it. Which doesn't makes sense cuz that obviously meant they were getting rid of the carpet anyways. The carpet that I paid to have professionally cleaned so I could get my deposit back. So if you're looking for a happy home keep looking because it ain't gonna be here. read more

I had mold in my apartment due to rain seeping in through the front door, and they used a fan to "dry" it and painted over it. This place is probably the best bang for your buck in town. As most of you may know, Naples is expensive! Meadow Lakes has reasonable pricing for the amenities/location/customer service. All of the ladies in the office are always very welcoming and eager to help me and my wife whenever we need anything. Linette is the property manager and was the original person that toured me, that's my girl! Clint from maintenance is a swell guy and his team is always professional whenever they come to my apartment. My wife thoroughly enjoys the fitness center and yoga studio. I love the pool deck, it has a grill and everything. Overall, I have lived in a lot of apartments and this has been my favorite. I would recommend Meadow Lakes to anyone. read more

I have been at Meadow Lakes around eight months now. I have had several issues since I lived there. I moved to Naples in such a hurry that I had to take one of the first places I could get into, and Meadow Lakes was beautiful so I jumped on it. I am guilty, I didn't read my lease closely, single lady with children, just rushed in. Later, I realized, to bring a dog in, it was a $400 deposit, with only $100 refundable, and another $300 for a second dog! So out of the $700 deposit, I will get $200 back, for the "lovely" small dog park that is clear to the back. There are no sidewalks, by the way to walk your dogs to get back there so be careful. All summer, it was a hit or miss if the Grill would have propane, so plenty of times, I had prepared food, took it down to the pool, and surprise, we can't cook it! Christmas Eve weekend, we couldn't even get in to the pool! They had it locked all weekend. We had something planned with friends and were promised it would be opened, and we couldn't get in. The best part of all, the website says "Gated" community, right? " If you're looking for a fantastic apartment near Florida's beautiful Gulf beaches, then look no further than Meadow Lakes Apartments in Naples! Conveniently located just off Interstate 75, this incredible gated apartment community offers a tucked away feel with easy access to all of Naples major shopping, dining, entertainment and more!" I was just told that after weeks of the gate not working -Mind you there was just a murder next door in the trailer park, that they are taking the gate out. I was told they would rather take it out then fix it. You know, we pay around $1,600- $1,700 a month to live there, but they are too cheap to fix a gate. Hell, take my dog deposits and fix it:) They also falsely advertised having a fitness center while it was being renovated for eight months, so I guess this doesn't surprise me.
