I came in with cracked catalytic converter and worn out front brake pads…read more The owner, Bruce, did a wonderful job on the catalytic converter but he unexpectedly threw in the price of a sensor without my consent ($150 extra). Then, he really screwed me on the brakes. I had brought a coupon for a $30 brake change and when I got the car back my brakes were squeaking like a school bus'. When I brought the car back to him for an explanation, he gave me some insulting replies including, "Well you used a coupon so I installed the cheapest brakes," and generally tried to convince me everything was fine and treating me like I'm stupid. He charged me another $150 to fix my rear brakes because, in what must be one of the greatest coincidences in automotive history, they failed right after I picked up my car the first time. Overall, the guy is a shady character and not to be trusted.
