He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

A couple hours later, she recieved a call from this company. she answered, caller immediately starts asking questions related to vehicle. My daughter was confused as she never spoke to anybody from this company previously. She asked where he got her number. Caller couldn't hear her, so she hung up. He calls back! but this time? threatening her, cussing her out saying "he has called ID she better watch her mouth" .... I'm not sure what's happening with this company but id advise background checks from here on out. I hope this isn't his company lol otherwise, we're screwed.
