We were not notified, nor was a vet consulted at the time of injury. By the time we fetched our pup 2-3 days later (Kevin could not say when it had happened) and discovered the half-dollar-sized wound, it was too late for our vet to apply stitches. We provided oral and topical antibiotics, performed ongoing, twice-daily soaking treatments, and revisited the vet, all of which led to eventual healing. Kevin did not call to check on the dog, did not offer reimbursement for vet or kennel fees, did not seem to feel any remorse for having inflicted damage to our dog (apparently due to "backing up the wheelchair"). Very worrisome and disappointing.

The owners are a wonderful couple who are SO FLEXIBLE, they allowed me to drop off and pick up at the times of the services , and took such great care of him. Flint came home happy and tuckered right out from his busy day with his new friends. The facility is COVID friendly, clean and beautiful. Conveniently located just out of the town of McGraw. I would recommend this place 100x over for a safe loving environment for your fur babies. My dog came back to me extremely stressed out. I was told he did bad, that he was nervous the whole time but I never received a call to come get him in a whole 6hours. And I was told he had no recall, which is due to his fear of people he doesn't know, he is not going to come to you if he doesn't know you. My dog was panting, drinking a ton of water and refused to leave my side the rest of the night. I tried to reach out twice, once in email and once in the site message system. I never received an answer. I put in a request to deactivate my account, they have yet to do so.
