The shop also has a variety of popcorn for purchase along with a Rita's Italian Ice shop in the back. We moved to the area about 3 years ago and we've been regulars to Tad's since. We haven't a a…read moresingle bad experience with them. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Halie! We brought everyone we know here and they've all had nice things to say about the ice cream. We've tried other ice cream joints in the area, and none of them come close to Tad's. The only thing is that they have a small setup and the lines can get long sometimes. B ur they move through them pretty quick. We've never had to wait terribly long even with three little ones in tow. We look forward to many years of delicious ice cream from Tad's!!

Great ice cream, lots of people were in line when we pulled up and continued to pull up after we ordered. there also is a drive-up window also. Very big selection to choose from. My only suggestion would be is to hire more people (1 for the window), (1 or 2 to take orders) ( 2 prepare orders) (2 to serve orders) and when the customer's order their food/ice cream provide the food in that order. I waited in what seemed like forever for what I ordered a "blondie". I was told it was vanilla ice cream on top of a brownie with carmel sauce, with whipped cream and walnuts. All was correct except I had fudge topping on mine. Not sure where the disconnect was. I ordered it specifically for the carmel sauce. I also had to ask where my ice cream was because about 8 people were served before me who had arrived AFTER me. My bf had his sundae already finished while I was waiting still in the line along with tons of other people. You guys have something good here, obviously you get a crowd of people and serve great ice cream with a large selection, I'd hate to see it go down the tubes because of the lack of employees/knowledge of what the sundaes entail and the wait time... The ice cream was rich and creamy. We had a couple of speciality sundaes - #salty and bye bye miss American pie. Then a specialty milkshake with Oreos and gummy worms and a root beer float. Everything was large and delicious. There was a bit of a line when we got there, but service was fast. The parking lot is a bit small, but you can also park along the road. It's definitely worth the trip. They do take credit card, but you will pay a 3% fee - no fee for debit. The trailer is rather small, but it's mighty!

We had a group get together at seven springs to celebrate a birthday and they were able to make 3 dozen cupcakes for us ahead of time. We asked for a variety and they made vanilla, birthday cake, almond and chocolate. The birthday cake and chocolate were the favorites!
